The user experience and service has brought great value to our team, and we have already expanded it's use across our organization. Pros We have loved OptiSigns' ease of use. The interface is user-friendly, and customizing our various devices with assets and playlists all from one place has been a breeze. We've only been using it for a weeks now, but so far it has been very reliable and has made a big difference in how we promote events, post announcements, and share information. Cons So far, we haven't come across any downsides. This approach is much easier and more efficient than printing content on paper and posting it around the site. I am extremely pleased with OptiSigns and the ease of use. Pros Keeping all the TVs across my site updated with relevant content is incredibly simple. I can quickly upload PowerPoint slide decks, Word documents, pictures, or any other files I need. The templates make things easy as well. With just one click, I can add or remove slides from the rotation, making the whole process very efficient. Cons I don't have any complaints about OptiSigns. Quick setup. Lots of quality templates to choose from. I downloaded to the tv and was up and running in under 30 min. Pros VERY EASY TO USE. I LIKE THE TEMPLATES THAT ARE AVAILABLE AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO EASILY SETUP PLAYLIST. Cons A little pricey when only using 1 screen. I am able to display my schedules as intended. Pros Functionality of sending the data from Google Sheets to a screen to display to clients. It does have some functionality which is helpful for time, slides, etc. Cons It is confusing to navigate and the time for updates is really slow. I was able to efficiently create new content with the help of their articles and step-by-step video tutorials. Pros I liked the amount of variety the website has to offer. There are lots of different templates to chose from. it makes it easier to create playlists with pre designed templates with different themes. Cons I disliked the fact the it can be somewhat tedious and complicated to set certain editing style on a template. Unless you look a component it will move very easily. It helps me create content and communications information on displays instead of using emails or other sort of traditional channels to entire staff Cons I personally do not have any complains so far, however, I heard that some TVs are having issue with the HDMI port space is tight or no enough to plug in their fire sticks or it has issue integrating with Apple TV! The interface is clear and straightforward making it easy for us to manage our signage devices and most importantly for our marketing department to deploy content across site. Content can be scheduled easily for different events that occur throughout the day and also schedule down time for evenings or holiday periods. You can get a few non-technical people set up and do a brief tour and they will catch on quickly. There are options to lock down folders and specify groups with specific permissions. Setup is very fast and simple. Especially if you use the Optisigns digital player. Pros It is a very simple and easy-to-use interface that includes many features to get you or your business to display anything you need. Cons The only issue that I ran into was setting up an app to display and then needing a change that ended up not working. I then had to delete it and re-create it to get the app to show the updated information. Lots of external plug-ins to expand signage capabilities. Cons Tech support is meh - had an issue with a player and went back and forth with the requirements to fix. Was sent an article, when I pointed out the article didn't work for me because I couldn't do one of the steps. I was informed I needed to read the article again because it was telling me the opposite of what it was actually telling me.
