It allows fast, easy communication to our employees. There was not much training necessary to get the users up to speed.

Pros

Its super easy to use. I love that you can easily activate different slides and save others for later. The playlists are helpful, making it easy to plan ahead to keep the announcements fresh.

Cons

I have not found anything that i dislike about this product. It's very user friendly and did not take much training.

Overall it has been a great experience. I would recommend this prod to anyone byes that would like to have a digital sign .

Pros

The technical support has been helpful in navigating software and making changes. I have a few more ideas that involving videos that I would like to share.

Cons

Not sure yet😊. I’m still learning about this software. So far everything has been great and I will like to learn more about changes I can apply.

### "Amazing Signage Solution."

Top to bottom, it's the best signage decision we've ever made. Updating the menus is effortless and our playlist promotional TV is super easy to control.

Pros

We liked how easy it was to build assets and link up different screens.

Cons

Limited Roku support, however this only affected us on a single tv we needed video on. We remedied this by purchasing the Android Stick Player.

Pros

Optisigns is easy to use and I like being able to link Power BI reports to show as visuals. Optisigns has helpful a knowledgebase and support.

Cons

I think Optisigns could benefit from adding AI suggestions to playlists and templates to help you easily create visuals for signage.

### "Easy to get started and learn"

We are using Optisigns to display notifications, alerts, updates, and KPIs to our employees. It allows us to engage with them in a new and exciting way.

Pros

Getting up and running with OptiSigns was straightforward. Implementing a few pieces of content and getting it going while continuing to work on more advanced assets in the background was very helpful. In some more complicated assets, I needed assistance. The support I got was clear and solved the issue immediately. This is an all-around good piece of software run by a good company.

Cons

I would like to see some more customization is some of the asset types. For instance, the Instagram feed is nice, but I would like to better control which content is shown, such as posts with only pictures, and control the duration of each post being visible. These types of controls would make the integrations more useful.

I found that the update time is almost instantaneous and always accurate! Our team has been really pleased with OptiSigns.

Cons

No complaints. We like the ability to switch between browser (for scheduling) and app (for maintenance).

So far my experience has been very positive. I have no trouble uploading what we need and creating fun graphics.

Pros

I like the ease of the platform to customize and schedule right from the office. We have multiple displays throughout the building, so it's convenient to be able to check on everything in one place.

Cons

The scheduler could be more user-friendly for those not as tech-savvy. It can get complicated the more displays you are scheduling. You must put assets on the platform in the perfect way for it to work.

Pros

The app is easy. I love the portrait mode. What sold me was the service. I had one function that was a little complicated. I tried several services and there were only two services that had exceptional service. Heads and tails above the others Optisigns shined.

Cons

Would love a few more video demos. Sometimes it’s easier to learn visually.

The simple and quick setup of the screen. Perfect templates and great appearance.

Cons

I actually like the price structure the least. It would be nice if there were package tariffs in which several screens would be included. Currently, you actually have to pay for every single screen.

We love it at the company, it allows to welcome visitors, get information out to our guest and employees.

Pros

Ease of use for new users, ability to have multiple devices and users and tv compatibility is simple.

Cons

So far the features are good enough and we haven't run into platform issues, if possible a schedule program to run and change by itself could be beneficial.

It's so easy to use, and honestly fun. Just Drag drop and go. the playlist and schedule features make setting everything up a breeze

Subscription fee's per device used, raises the price ALOT

My overall experience with OptiSigns was positive because of its ease of use for a non technical guy like me.

Pros

I liked most about OptiSigns is its user interface and ease of use. It allowed us to set up and manage digital signage across multiple locations in under 20 minutes without needing advanced technical skills.

Cons

What I like least about OptiSigns is its instability when running large videos. We rarely experience issues but running large videos can lead to lagging.

Pros

It was user friendly and allowed my creativity to reign free. I love the templates that are available to me.

Cons

It did not have as many design elements as I would have liked. Additionally, it can get expensive if it is not being used often.

I find it easier to cast vision for the ministry without having to hire someone externally that probably isn't worth the money they'd be asking for.

Pros

You don't have to be tech savvy to navigate the OptiSigns platform!

Cons

Some of the preloaded templates freeze randomly or don't fully load and you must reset the network connection every once in a while.

Overall, OptiSigns has been a very effective communication tool company wide. It is extremely easy to use and the result of using it is happier, informed employees!

Pros

OptiSigns are so easy to use and our employees love seeing themselves displayed on every TV! Communications are not getting missed as much because of OptiSigns which was the #1 goal!

Cons

I still do not have a single thing that I dislike about OptiSigns. If there was one thing I HAD to change, it would be the location/set up of how to change the seconds each slide is set to. It was a little challenging to find at first.

I have had a great time with optisigns. It easy to setup and manage. This allows us to communicate with our production crew and keep them in the loop.

Pros

This software was easy to implement at our company and has many features. I love the app, ability to create teams and assign them screen. Plus, it is easy to use and easy to teach others how to use it who aren't tech savvy.

Cons

Only thing I would like to see is for admins to be able to quickly push content on all screen and to have a device list. There should be a way for users to set a default screen for a playlist instead of having to choose a device each time we push to screens.

I've enjoyed using optisigns and like that you can control it remotely and there is an app as well that's super convenient. This has been a great asset to our company.

Pros

We were having issues trying to display things on our screen and Optisigns solved that problem. It eliminated us having to connect a computer and also allowed us to schedule the screen to change at certain times which saved us having to do it every day.

Cons

I struggled to display an excel sheet with Optisigns. I got it to work eventually but it's a little clunky.

Overall its a good app, decent price point but our organisaton is looking to cut any costs possible so we didnt continue with our contract.

Pros

Easy to edit slideshows for multiple screens and control them all from 1 point We use 3 TV's in our facilities, and the slideshow feature is notably easier to use than powerpoint

Cons

Initial setup was a little confusing, as I had just came into the position and was unsure what my predecessor had setup.

### "Great system to modernize an old display!"

Optisigns was a great option for bringing old "tack and paper" employee notification bulletin boards into the modern era of digital signage. The hardware is easy to set up, customer service friendly and knowledgeable, and the app makes updating information easy and convenient.

Pros

Optisigns allowed me to take my business advertising into the modern digital age. I was able to replace a very outdated paper rack system with a TV display and the OptiSigns Pro Signage Player. The system was easy to set up and it has made advertising and information distribution to employees easy.

Cons

There was a minor issue with a full display during the intial set up, but was corrected with a simple call to customer service. However, when the dispaly is turned back on each day, I have to unplug the player in order to reset it so the full screen is displayed.

Cons

Using the calendar feature to schedule posts is difficult and confusing. It would be great to plan out when posts will appear on my screens a few days in advance.
