I've never used this kind of advertising before. It is actually quite fun to work with, and you are really only limited by your own creativity.

Pros

I liked that it provides our company's constantly changing information directly to our clients with eye catching content. I don'y need to send out messages and mails anymore.

Cons

I wish there was more preloaded content that applied to me. More fun feeds like the trivia one, and maybe more variety in news that could be dispayed as news bites.

OptiSigns has been great. Like I said, \[sensitive content hidden\] fixed the issue I created, was super nice about it and made everything better.

Pros

The customer service with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been top notch. She went out of her way to address a mistake I made and rectified it.

Cons

Not being able to update the shipping address myself. I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address and tried to update it myself, but was unable to. I don't think this poorly reflects on OptiSign but maybe the shipping carrier.

Excellent. Customer support was responsive and the OS Knowledgebase and menus were simple and easy to navigate

Pros

I really liked how easy the software was to get set-up and configure. We had multiple displays with different content for each. The dashboard made it easy to organize everything.

Cons

Running multiple media types on a display was somewhat challenging.

Pros

Ease of use. Simple implementation. Drag & drop editor makes it easy for less pc literate staff to create professional looking content.

Good, easy to use software - easier to use than others I have tried.

Pros

I like the ease of the product, easier than other similar software.

Cons

Price is a bit too much, I only need 1 screen in a small B&B so bit too expensive for me. Works well though when I tested it. Tried to download on new Samsung TV but App not available in UK. Tried to use fire stick but wants to upgrade.

Pros

We've been using OptiSigns for our digital signage needs, and it's been a game-changer. The ease of use is outstanding – from setting up screens to updating content remotely, everything is incredibly intuitive even for non-technical users. The drag-and-drop interface and pre-made templates make designing engaging content quick and effortless..

Cons

Nothings.all seems good. Can be a bit pricy for me as it has per screen monthly charges. But its still affordable.

Pretty easy to use. I used the Optisign Stick on a Samsung Display.

Cons

The program does not seem to like the orientation of the Samsung display, I tried to use the weather app and it will not format to the display correctly.

Ease of use and the features that are available when designing your signs/schedules.

Cons

Some functionality doesn't work on certain players (Apple TV). Just seemed strange to have varying options based on that.

I looked at a few different products but OptiSigns was refreshingly simple. The platform is intuitive, with a clean interface that made it easy to get content uploaded and scheduled right away. It’s compatible with a variety of devices, which gave us flexibility in how we deployed screens across locations. Remote access has been especially convenient, allowing us to manage updates and changes without being on-site. The built-in templates offer a solid starting point for polished, on-brand displays, and overall, the system strikes a great balance between functionality and ease of use.

Pros

Ease of install, that it downloads media locally in case the internet is down, remote access, templates.

Cons

Not a whole lot, this has been a great product.

Flexibility for creativity. Setup process was relatively easy and straightforward. clever install with being powered by USB option - I didn't have a way to plug it into the outlet because the TV is mounted directly over it, so I connected it to the USB of the tv for power

User interface is a bit clunky, but I'm still learning it.

Overall the experience has been great so far! The customer service was awesome with getting it set up. The program is stable and the remote management is flawless!

Ease of install, ease of use and stability. Great customer support! The biggest benefit is the remote management.

Cons

Some minor compatibility issues with the machines we use in house due to our machines having some problems with specs. Nothing really with the program though.

I use OptiSigns to spread information to employees by putting on a slideshow on the tv in the breakroom. It is easy to use and it is so nice not having to clutter the walls with flyers that no one looks at. Thank you, OptiSigns!
