We have only experienced a few issues, but OptiSigns helpdesk has been quick to troubleshoot and resolve them. Plus, the platform's native features have addressed most of the issues we experienced with our previous provider Pros As the content strategist for a national parent company with 32+ markets, has streamlined our management of marketing displays throughout our offices. It is so easy to check the status of each screen, update content, and link our social media feeds. Cons We experienced a few errors with the app entering sleep mode on some screens that utilize Apple TV or their native smart TV OptiSigns app. However, these issues have been resolved after submitting a service ticket to OptiSigns.
