Cons I had some trouble with the initial set up of the equipment, but that was more likely a me issue than an issue with the product. It’s also great for sharing important company-wide information, recognizing birthdays and anniversaries, and tracking production KPIs across the plant. Cons So far, there aren’t any major drawbacks. We've only been using OptiSigns for about a month, and it's been smooth sailing without any significant issues. Reason for choosing OptiSigns We chose OptiSigns because of its easy-to-use interface, flexible features like drag-and-drop functionality, and its ability to manage multiple screens remotely. It offered a more seamless experience compared to other alternatives, making it ideal for our internal communication needs. We also chose OptiSigns because it provides excellent value for the price, offering all the key features we needed at a more affordable rate compared to other alternatives. The product is great and works flawlessly. Likewise, the user interface is very intuitive and there are multiple features that allow maximum flexibility. Likewise, the few times we have needed support, the team at OptiSigns has been very quick to help and reach a resolution. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to utilize a product for this purpose! Cons The only potential dislike is the cost. At $10 per unit per month, the cost can grow quite high when using a large amount of TVs. Other than that, only good things to say. Everyone can work on it together and the fact that some updates can be done remotely from a phone or tablet only adds to the ease of use. Cons I do wish that there was more that could be done from your phone, like editing templates and assets. Sometimes things change last minute and I might not be near a computer to make the changes. There aren't a lot of content or template suggestions for something like this. It seems to mostly suggest things for shopping or things like that. Cons I wish there was a tutorial on how to do the designs a little bit. Maybe there was one that I didn't find. I was able to do the designs and figure it out on my own, but it would have been a little quicker with a video tutorial. We tried Optisigns and subscribed right away. Love the fact that I can manage all looping information remotely and that i can create content from their huge library of templates. Creates a fun environment for our team. 5 out of 5. Pros I can remotely update our announcements or metrics, that are being cast to our select areas. I also love the available templates to create assets for our looping announcements. The cost is extremely fair. Optisigns exceeded my expectations. Extremely easy install/implementation. When needed, customer support was quick to answer and very helpful. Out with paper announcements and in with the digital solution! The product we were using before was a nightmare to initally set up and it would disconnect all the time and I'd have to call customer service every time to get it fixed. OptiSigns just works so much better!! The set up was a breeze and the app is so easy to use! I wish I would have found this product sooner! Cons There is a monthly fee charge in addition to the price of the controller device, but compared to what we were using before which only lasted us about 2 years, it actually came out $5 cheaper to use OptiSigns. So not really a con, just something to be aware of! The set up for this product was an absolute nightmare and it constantly disconnected leaving us with a black screen a lot of times on our directory. The prices on their controllers continually increased and I felt it wasn't worth the price point they were charging anymore for how many issues they have. Fun and engaging way for employees to be kept up to date with news in the Office. I imagine Optisigns would work well for Hospitality Businesses too when advertising their products. Pros In the company I worked in, the marketing team have employed OptiSigns as a way of showing all the Projects that the company have designed and construct. Most important providing live updates of the Projects we have recently won or celebrating a special occasion. OptiSigns is a useful way of updating the different States Offices of the going ons on each office. Additionally I like how OptiSigns can be utilised even on a Digital TV. Very Convenient. Cons Sometimes the image appears very pixelated on screen and like sometimes it exits out of the software to the TV Menu automatically. Review Source
