They would join a call and answer questions, the support staff responsiveness, and their willingness to work with us during the testing process was refreshing. Pros The easy of setup paired with the responsiveness of the staff is refreshing. And being able to change the playlist from anywhere with my computer is awesome. Pros I love being able to instantly update my screen from the Playlist tab. Cons is easy to use once you've figured it out, but it almost has TOO many features, at least for a small non-profit like mine. But once I realized I could do almost everything from just one tab, I'm really loving it. It allowed me and my team to smoothly connect to out targeted audience. Media uploads are super easy. Installation and deployment is smooth. Its main feature is the remotely-managed interaction with the software and the audience. Pricing of this product and service is also cost-effective. Cons A few of my teammates faced issues initially while learning to use the product, as it takes time to understand its functions. The customer support can be further improved. Cons I wish there was an easier way to schedule time sensitive posts to publish and be removed from playlists. I know this feature exists currently I just don't find it user friendly.
