I would highly recommend anyone in the market for digital signage to go with . It's very easy to use and schedule different playlists to change automatically and it runs on just about any device.

Pros

It's easy to use scheduling and user-management interface makes it the best-in-class option for managing your digital signage.

Cons

I didn't really have any complaints. We switched from Screencloud and found to not have any of the issues we experienced with Screencloud, and it was cheaper.

Our overall experience has been very positive for employees, visitors, and contractors in our front office and conference rooms set up with solutions.

Pros

is easy and intuitive to use and set up from an IT and non-IT perspective. From the IT side, it is simply plug-and-play once your device arrives. Pairing it with your online account and getting started adding/creating media for your organization is easy. From a non-IT side, OptiSigns has been engaging our own employees in break areas and front waiting rooms for visitors and customers.

Cons

I have been using for about a month and have had no complaints, issues, or downsides thus far. Thank you for the A+ product/service.

The support is the best. Very quick to reply. Answers have always been concise and accurate.

Pros

Super easy to set up. Very intuitive dashboard to manage content, screens and accounts. Extremely reliable. I think the only time a screen went out it was a power issue on our end. Also its great that it will auto-launch on power return.

Cons

I can't think of anything that would qualify as I didn't like. The only thing I learned is that we needed to use a UPS so that when the building has a power issue the device, (and TV), would stay up.

My overall experience with was great. I used Raspberry Pi's to implement my signage and it was really easy to flash the SD card and was basically plug and play.

Pros

It is really easy to manage and implement. I the UI for the management portal looks great and is really easy to use. They have awesome documentation if you are ever lost or want to figure out how to do something new.

Cons

I would really like to see more application options for their signage. They have a lot of good ones like Microsoft but I wish they had DOMO.

We needed to have our lobby spaces and commons spaces branded with marketing photos, graphics, and videos and was a great solution to execute our needs. All the staff and guests have made numerous compliments about how it has enhanced our spaces.

Pros

I love how easy it is to customize playlist for our displays. The user-friendly design elements inside makes it really easy for anyone to create stunning displays.

Cons

The only downside I have experienced is the max number of images/videos in one playlist. You can get around this issue with playlist rotations.

Customer services is amazing. They’ve scheduled multiple meetings with us to make sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. The continued support has really helped us get up and running.

Pros

ability to limit access/rights to additional accounts and being able to manage all accounts, manage devices and build content within the admin site.

Cons

Closed captioning not available for mp4 files directly uploaded into . Have to upload into YouTube, apply closed captioning and then add that content to playlist.

has made scheduling mass amounts of content across a vast system of screens a breeze. Love that every time I think "oh I wish optisigns would..." they already do!

Pros

The user interface is super simple. Schedulign content is a breeze. Makes our volunteer based workflows simple!

Cons

Players don’t have much flexibility in configuring output. I would love to see implement more control over how the screen outputs feeds (ie. frame rate, level A/B, etc.)

I’ve really enjoyed using and have even recommended it to other properties in our market! It’s by far the most efficient way for me to manage the screens across our common areas and quickly share important updates and announcements.

Pros

I appreciated how simple it was to upload my own designs and seamlessly stream them to the screens throughout our community.

Cons

I found the organization of uploaded files a bit cumbersome. Once you’ve uploaded several, it becomes time-consuming to scroll through the list on the right side to add them to different playlists.

Pros

It’s easy to use and it works well. It turns on by itself as soon as you turn on the TV.

That it isn’t free, but that’s it. It is well worth the investment.

It’s been pretty easy to use. You can manage all of your devices from the web page, or from the app. Setup is quick, and it’s easy to get the devices on your network.

Pros

It’s affordable, and user friendly. They offered us a discount when we signed up, and have agreed to give it to us as long as we are open.

Cons

Originally, the android sticks were not great quality, and you couldn’t hard-line in Ethernet. They have since redesigned the android sticks to a more reliable solution, and it has an Ethernet port on it.

Purchase and setup went very smoothly. The software was very easy to learn - the hardest part ow deciding the layout I wanted to use. The installation has been rock solid and of the couple of issues that I did have tech support was very responsive.

Pros

Simple setup and lots of different modules to use. The software is very responsive and push to clients is almost immediate.

Cons

The management console can sometimes be cluttered

So far my experience has been pretty seamless. It’s so easy to upload assets and then set up screens and send those assets to those screens.

Pros

I really like the cloud functionality. It makes it so convenient to be able to update remotely and also super convenient to be able to make changes and update using my iPhone!

That you have to pay more for the ability to run a schedule with your screens
