The free version was easy to download and use. I have now subscribed and have OptiSigns up and running. Pros Intuitive and very easy to use with a lot of customisable features. Pros Optisigns has saved me countless hours trying to figure out how we were going to update multiple screens in multiple locations at different times. The interface is intuitive and I can train someone on it in 15 minutes! Cons It's going to be expensive when we have 100s of screens to update, but it still seems worth it. Pros OptiSigns is very feature rich, but also easy to use. The scheduling feature is fantastic. Cons Though it's very useful, the template editor could possibly use some improvements. This task is accomplished using OptiSigns. Pros Ease of use is the best feature of OptiSigns. I was able to implement two media boards within a couple of hours of setup. The interface is well built and intuitative. I give the company two thumbs up. Cons I have only been using the software for about 1 week and have yet to discover any issues or complaints. Optisigns enables this for us and gives us the ability to schedule and configure these reports remotely. Since initial setup, we have not needed any support as it just works and is fairly intuitive. Pros We have several screens in our main offices that can be managed remotely and we have had no issues with it for over 12 months (since we set it up). It was also one of the cheaper solutions we considered that had the features we required. Cons Before we were able to get things up and running, it did take longer than we'd expect to get appropriate support from the team. Pros OptiSigns is super easy to set up and use. I spent only a few minutes learning the system and how to set up a digital sign for my school. There are tons of apps and templates to choose from that make it easy to run a professional looking digital sign! Cons So far, I have found nothing that I do not like about OptiSigns! August 16, 2024 4.0 REally easy setup and amanagement of the system. No qualms whatsoever and is an extremely helpful tool when managing alot of deifferent media across a large space. Pros It's easy to manage files and control their visiblity on screens across a large office. It also allow for on-the-fly changes which is extremely helpful when you have multiple visitors who need to see different details throughout a single day or event. Cons The UI is a little outdated in some places which can make it hard to immediately figure out how to operate the system - this quickly stops being an issue after using it for a short while. Cons I have not had any issues with OptiSigns yet - great customer service - received an email offering to help us get set up, but didn't need it as it was very user friendly. Pros Actually mentioning just one thing that I liked about optisign is very difficult, in reality there are many things that I like, the speed of response to questions, also that all the people have been very attentive to me, the completeness of the system in general . Cons Ummm maybe I had to learn a lot on my own because it is a very good system but it takes several days to learn it especially because it is in another language. August 12, 2024 5.0 The experience has been stellar. The price point is perfect for the service. It's incredibly easy to use, and I truly have no complaints about how it works. Pros Optisigns is INCREDIBLY easy to use. Everything from uploading items to setting up devices to scheduling an asset is simple and easy to use. I'm pretty tech savvy but not having to think too hard about any of this is fantastic. There isn't a ton of bells and whistles, and that's totally okay! Cons I wish there were more feeds or curated content that I could mix into my own content to help keep viewers engaged for longer periods of time. Reminders on changing up content would help too, to help shake things up for frequent customers or visitors.
