Pros I like the different features, add-ons, templates and how I can add and modify content remotely from my desk on any device I have access to. Cons The user interface on the website is not very intuitive and I have a hard time trying to finding how to perform certain actions, especially with user access and adding users. Pros I manage all digital displays within our casino and we've implemented Opti-signs to a few screens as a test and, so far, I'm loving how quick the updates are reflected and the overall ease of use. Our promotions change on the daily, sometimes even hourly, so a quick responsive application is very important to me. Previously, we were using an in-house platform that took too long to update and often times would go offline. Haven't had those same instances with Opti-signs yet and hope we won't in the future. Cons It took a bit of configuring with our in-house IT department to get things going, but once it was set-up, I haven't had any further issues. Review Source JA John A. The platform was really easy to pickup and everything is laid out pretty logically- especially anyone who is already comfortable with tools like Canva. Pros The ease of use, flexible tools, ability to schedule content out, and templates for when there's no content from our marketing team but something needs communication still. Its also easy to expand or modify our screens as needed. Cons I don't have many negatives to report. I would say that the system is likely best handled by 1 administrator. As far as I can tell, the platform doesn't have a team collaboration space technically, though all admins can work on the same things. We've developed an internal SOP for Optisign use that addresses best practices when working with shared screens; it would be nice if it had the functionality within itself to manage that more, but that's also not something I would necessarily expect of this product by default.
