### "Great bang for our buck!!"

Overall we are really enjoying our experience. We had a simple slide show running before and now we are able to integrate reviews, weather, videos, and special slides for hours. Being able to add all that from my desk and update it from my office has been great. I would highly recommend Optisigns to anyone interested.

Pros

The cost of the subscription and the ease of use. It has given out showroom such a polished and professional look that really makes us stand out form others in our market. We had a Samsung tv and we installed the APP while waiting on the Optisigns streaming device which has been so easy to use and works great!

Cons

It took a while to upload all of our photos and media. Most of our photos were the right size but some had to be resized and that took a while. Loading them into a playlist was easy but adding them to the site took a bit longer than I had hoped.

### "Simple and Reliable Digital Signage"

We utilize OptiSigns on 3 TVs in our building. Two show a combination of photos and videos that highlight what we do as an organization. We also utilize a lobby TV to display information to visitors as well as announce information to staff.

Pros

OptiSigns has a simple and intuitive interface for managing the various devices we employ for digital signage. We are easily able to remotely preview the content being displayed on our TVs.

Cons

The process for building out new content (for display on digital signage) could be a bit more intuitive. However, once you learn the ins and outs the service functions well.

### "Complex digital signage, made easier! "

Very positive experience. I'm very happy with our choice of provider for this particular service. There's been a genuine feel of help and assistance from across the globe!

Pros

The integration between different sources of information. I can have so many different sources all displaying to staff at the same time. I also love the scheduling ability of different playlists to correspond to the time of the month we are in. The customer support has been approachable and available for any questions we may need but they have let us make our own way too, which I really appreciated. Scheduling, creating and managing the screens was intuitive and easy. The ability to segregate and designate device screens is vastly important, as one part of the office needs certain info whilst the other side, doesn't need the same.

Cons

The smart TV app can be heavy on older models of smart TV or android boxes. I would suggest to anybody planning on using the smart TV or android TV app, try and make sure its plentiful in it processing power to ensure a seamless experience..

Pros

From day one, I was impressed by how user-friendly the platform is. Even without much tech experience, I was able to get everything up and running quickly. Managing content across multiple screens has been seamless and stress-free. What really sets OptiSigns apart is its versatility. With an impressive range of templates, scheduling tools, and customization options, I can easily create and tailor content to fit the exact needs of my retail environment and audience. And when I did need help, their support team responded promptly and provided exactly what I needed. The platform has been rock-solid for me, and the service has been just as dependable.

Cons

Integrating background music into the screens is a bit more difficult, but that's mainly due to licensing requirements.

Overall it's a great product. Nice to finally have a well-designed simpell multi-screen management tool, Brightsign has ruled this space for too long and it is clunky, old fashioned and notoriously difficult to use.

Pros

This product is very easy to use and maintain, the user interface feels good natural to use. No hidden menus or convoluted product authorisation processes.

Cons

The thing I find most annoying is actually probably the easiest to fix. I really need to be able to pay an annual fee rather than a monthly credit card only subscription.

A+++ Extremly fast to setup new device, new configuration for the site we need to do. We cant go back with our previous solution and we pay less for more TV. Hardware was not so cheap but robust

Pros

We use other system before but Optisigns was cheaper and do exactly the same and more. We recommand this product.

Cons

Nothing bad for us it does what suppose to do. In the past with other product some feature was missing or need compter to run then avti-virus and all these thing.

Overall, the options and power of this device is pretty remarkable. It's so easy to create something very beautiful to display the content you need on any screen that has an HDMI input.

Pros

This is a super easy, plug-n-play device that just works. There are a ton of free templates and prebuilt apps that provide a great launching point for displaying any information that you would like. I really like that you can easily manage this from your phone app. The online app is quite robust as well. For signage, OptiSigns is a 5-star device.

Cons

To jump up to the paid tiers, it get's a little expensive. I feel like they need a cheaper option or maybe a one-time paid option that would let you pick just one or two apps and not have to monthly charge.

### "Incredible Value for Digital Kiosk"

It delivered exactly as promised and exceeded my expectations. It gave my vendor booth a level of professionalism.

Pros

OptiSigns solved a big problem for me! I am a vendor at my local America's Antique Mall and I wanted to add digital advertising to my booth. I installed a 24" Amazon fire TV which allows me to create my content at home for the sign at my vendor space. Now, shoppers can see my instagram feed and ads and announcements for my participation in local art shows and for my other photography services. Since I am not at the store as much, this is a game changer and my sales at my booth have also increased. The pricing is inexpensive, I have had great support and it performs flawlessly.

Cons

Nothing! Everything was great! I don’t n so what I would add to improve the experience. No complaints!

I can easily operate the entire Opti Eco system, using Canva and deploying high quality content, the additional apps and real time updates.

Pros

Value, deployment, ease of use and the support service. Optisigns support is quick, effective and personal.

Cons

Apps to also cover other national sports, in Australia AFL and NRL. Consider a screen divider that gives scrolling simulation like a mobile experience, top to bottom like your thumb action.

Pros

Ease of use and ease of set up. Great communication and customer support. No bugs or issues. Very user friendly and easy to customize.

Cons

No issues as the ipad came in its case with step-by-step instructions. A potential dual screen mode would be a good feature to show weather or other content, especially when no one is signing in, but not too major.

OptiSigns solves the problem of manually updating my screen content. Before, I had to upload new content via USB, which was time-consuming. Now I can manage everything remotely, and the screen is always up-to-date. The customer support is also very responsive, which is helpful whenever I have questions. I use the software daily (frequency of use) and it has saved me a lot of time while keeping my displays looking professional.

Pros

I really like how easy to use OptiSigns is the interface is clean and intuitive, so uploading and managing content is simple. The ease of implementation was great too; setting up my screen took almost no time. The number of features is impressive, from videos and images to social media feeds, and the ease of integration with other platforms makes everything seamless.

Cons

The only minor downside is that some templates could be more creative. Otherwise, the software is smooth and reliable.

We have been using this for over three years and find it to still be the best solution. Our signage is vibrant and informative

Pros

Optisigns has allowed us to have standardized corporate messaging in all of our facilities and plants. The digital signage is easy to use and learn. When we have issues Customer support replies quickly and with knowledge to get the issue fixed.

Cons

We had purchased Amazon Fire Sticks for most of our signage, and those are now not fully supported. The new Opti sign stick is a good replacement.

Everything with OptiSigns has been great. We've been able to flawlessly integrate it into our daily workflows. Patrons have commented on how helpful and attractive our screens are.

Pros

When looking for software for our screens, our main goal was something that was easy to use, could have multiple users, and was attractive. We didn't want something that wasn't going to work every time and needed a lot of time and effort to use. We love that we got all of this with OptiSigns.

Cons

There are some free products out there, so having to pay was a downside, however it is a great value for the amazing product.

Over experience has been top notch. I wish the pro player came with a remote and more info on processing power.

Pros

Very flexible and fast deployment. Players pro and stick have a quick boot time with easy transport.

Cons

Needs a better way to handle streaming. Ex. Making a channel guide for HLS streams with no duration to switch. No remote for pro player.

As mentioned previously, I would 110% recommend OptiSigns to another company that is looking for an easy, user friendly digital signage service. Customer service is super friendly and timely, and will strive to help out in any way possible! Being the sole user for our site means I have a lot of experience with using their website and services and I am extremely confident with navigating my way around the U.I and altering playlists when needed. I love being organised, and OptiSigns helps me keep our dashboards and folders neat and I can label everything so i know exactly where to find certain signage.

Pros

OptiSigns have helped me and the company I work for effortlessly put signage around our service. As the sole operator, I can easily swap out and change slides as well as choosing what playlist / TV to put certain content on. The customer service is also amazing and I received same-day assistance when having troubles when i was new to the system. I would definitely recommend it for any company that is looking for a user-friendly way to display digital signage around their buildings.

Cons

There's nothing I personally don't like about OptiSigns. The U.I could be easier to navigate but for me it works just fine and I have no problems!

We purchased three devices - one for City Hall, one for our Pool and one for our Senior Center. Everyone who has used the device and portal absolutely loved it. It's not often I see users "excited" about a work tool but when we replaced messy bulletin boards with digital signage, everyone including the \[sensitive content hidden\] loved the end result.

Pros

I like everything about OptiSigns. From the very start of this process, the sales order went flawlessly, shipping was fast, setup is very intuitive and our users love the product. I felt like the OptiSigns customer support was always there and the price is outstanding for what you get.

Cons

There are zero cons to OptiSigns that I've found. I did receive quite a few email communications from the company after purchase but this really reinforced the idea that the company was there to help.

Overall, our business is really happy with OptiSigns. We’ve tried several products in the past, but this one is just so seamless. Honestly, if it were hard to use, it would have been forgotten in no time—but this one is a champ!

Pros

Since we have a lot of factories and manufacturing sites, OptiSigns has been awesome for us. It’s super easy to use and makes sharing content really simple, which helps keep everyone connected through digital signage. We also love that we can share reports like Power BI so easily thanks to the integration. On top of that, their customer support is fantastic—quick, helpful, and always going the extra mile. Definitely a product we rely on.

Cons

One thing to note is that with so many sites, setting up all the screens initially can take a bit of time, but once it’s done, it runs smoothly.

### "Easy to create church signage!"

We are creating slide, mainly in Canva, and sending them to our church vestibule. I would imagine that at some point, we will want more screens and pay for more service, but free is working for now! Before, we were just putting slides or video on a flash drive and walking it over to change out. Our church is in another building so it is great to NOT have to walk outside!

Pros

I appreciate the ease of use for creating digital signage for our church vestibule. For us, we are currently using the free version, and that works for us with the optisigns dongle that we purchased. We can create slides from our office and have them populate.

Cons

I would love to have a bit more options with the free version, like to be able to set up times. Another great option would be to include our calendar, but we need to pay extra for that.

Overall experience is great. All of the users that are set up seem to not have any issues and can all use the program to what we currently have it set up for.

Pros

Easy to use and manage. Provides great step by steps to get started and has excellent support. My company uses this at about 15+ properties.

Cons

Pricing. My company uses this program across 15+ properties and some offer multiple screens. There is no discount for Bulk pricing or at least bulk pricing was not offered.

### "Great platform for internal digital signage and customer engagement"

OptiSigns has made it much easier to promote our training courses internally and externally. We use it for displaying upcoming sessions in reception areas, and it’s already improved staff awareness and customer engagement. It’s reliable, cost-effective, and doesn’t require much technical knowledge to run. We're even exploring ways to expand it to more screens and use it for broader internal communications.

Pros

The setup was incredibly simple and quick, and the interface is very user-friendly. Being able to manage everything remotely is a huge benefit for us, especially when working across multiple sites. It's helped us keep our internal marketing up to date with minimal effort. The value for money is excellent, and it integrates well with the hardware we already had.

Cons

There could be more flexibility in how templates and playlists are customised. Also, some of the advanced scheduling features took a bit of trial and error to understand at first - but once you get the hang of it, it works well.

### "A great value for money system!"

I've had minimal issues with Optisigns and even the ones I've had are easy to fix and more often than not were due to something we did rather than the system. A great addition to our workplace.

Pros

Optisigns is a great value for money alternative to other systems, with great device management. We use it to display information at work on 3 screens across a site that spans the whole road. The features allow for multiple things to be shown at once, such as a PowerPoint presentation, the weather, the news, a banner of key info, and much more, so a variety of customisation available!

Cons

At first, there are a few features that take a moment to get your head around, and some of which I did still find a little tricky after looking at the tips and assistance.

My overall experience with OptiSigns has been excellent. From the initial setup to daily use, everything has been smooth and hassle-free. It has streamlined our signage process and saved us a lot of time compared to manual updates. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable digital signage solution.

Pros

The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which made setup quick and painless. I also appreciate the flexibility to manage multiple screens remotely, and the scheduling feature is a huge time-saver. It’s clear that the platform was built with practicality in mind.

Cons

There aren’t many downsides, but I would love to see more advanced customization options for templates. While the current options work well, having extra design flexibility would make it even better.

From the beginning my experience was great. I was using a different solution before which I was familiar with, but the other solution was costly and did not give me the integration I needed. This is why i started looking for an alternative program. After I tried a few I realize OptiSigns is what I was looking for not only for my current need but also in case I want to integrate and implement more stuff in the future.

Pros

Easy interface. Product has many features all included in comparison with other solutions. 365 and Google sheets integration is easy to use and no need any additional connectors. Customer support is great and always there to help you. Playlist is easy to manage with just a few clicks and you can assign it to one or many screens. The solution works with Amazon Signage which is what we are using and this makes this product one of the best on the market.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing bad i can say for this solution. It has offered us everything we needed for our needs.
