It's integration with other online content is great and much needed with our twitter feeds from our schools. Cons There was nothing we didn't really like in all honesty. Pros We enjoy the multi users, the multi-locations and custom features that allows us to brand our content and showcase our company in a uniform digital sign that features videos, schedules, weather and more. It's a necessity in all of our offices. Cons No complaints from any of our offices. If there is a slight problem where the display goes out, we contact our IT dept and it's up in no time. Just running the issue of having RokuTV's which is very limited. Make sure to buy a FireStick or FireTV or AndroidTV to get the maximum use of this program. Hopefully they will update the app for Roku and is able to get all the resource. Pros So far have given us the ease to demonstrate what goes around in our establishment daily. Cons We have RokuTV and its limited, especially multi-media screening or widget its not supported. Cons I am still looking for ways to provide a seamless update of the data being displayed for my non-techie users. I have some playlists that need to change multiple times throughout the day, based on situations and circumstances that are outside of our control. We were using Dell MFF computers that were on a 4 year replacement cycle cost around $1200 and were subject to frequent updates to the OS. Optisigns are small and convenient and with the optional ethernet connector give us what we need to meet our security requirements. Cons The power supply connection is a bit fragile. However we bought 20 units and I only had to replace one after I broke the connection when plugging the power supply in to the unit. I would prefer a POE alternative to an external power supply. It's the only application we use on our digital screens.
