" May 13, 2025 5.0 No issues from me when it comes to optisign capabilities. I would only wish for a more faster and seamless upload via mobile apps, and allowing me to upload while multitasking. Pros The ease of usage into the app, both mobile and webpage format is soo understandable and underrated. The platform Optisign allows various organizations to do limitless tasks in the digital screening world, which plays a huge role in big organizations that care about promotion! Cons I wish I could upload slightly bigger file sizes, and make the upload be done without me staying inside of the app. I say that because I may not always have a laptop on me, and need to upload while handling a phone call or something. IT Technician Real Estate Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great Templates and a Breeze to Set Up" April 21, 2026 5.0 We had many places with display that was not being utilized, having in place provides us with real time information that then can be shared throughout the company where those areas with display can now be used and provide information to those in that area. Pros What I found helpful when starting was the templates available. Being able to use the templates as a starting point was great to get hands on experience with the system while being able to publish information out right away while also learning how to use it. The setup was a breeze and took within a few minutes to setup. Cons One thing I would like to see if having the functionality of being able to assign users to specific folders/display where they are not able to access the other folders that is not needed for them to be able to see. It does exactly what we need without being overly complicated or expensive. Setup was quick, and day-to-day use has been smooth. We can easily push updates to screens across different locations, and the content tools give us enough flexibility without overwhelming anyone. It’s reliable, affordable, and just easy to work with. Definitely one of those tools that quietly does its job really well. Pros is super simple to get started with. The interface is easy to navigate, even for folks who aren't super tech-savvy. We use it all the time to share announcements, dashboards, and quick updates across our offices. There are a ton of useful features like templates, scheduling, and integrations with stuff we already use (Google Slides, Canva, YouTube). And we’re not locked into expensive hardware. Cons The dashboard works fine but feels a bit dated in places. Once you start managing a bunch of screens or content, it can feel a little clunky. We were able to set up schedules and rotate through different displays in our office throughout the day. Cons I wish we still had access to the old Canva integration. We use Canva for all of our graphic design and the new integration is set up very different, so we switched to OptiSign's own graphic design platform instead. Cons It's a bit surprising, but there actually isn't a dedicated mute button for TV's playing content through Apple TV. August 27, 2025 5.0 We switched from Rise Vision to , and it's been a tremendous difference! OptiSigns is able to handle our YouTube marketing videos with extreme clarity, in both audio and video, while competitors couldn't even begin to play the videos. One of our employees even commented that the video is so clear that it looks "wet". Implementation took less than two hours from start to finish, and everyone is highly impressed with the quality. Pros is able to play YouTube videos when competitors can't, and the quality is insane! I configured our digital signage with an Amazon Digital Signage Stick and plugged it into a Fire TV, and we couldn't be happier! Implementation was very easy, and I was able to have our full presentation configured and deployed in less than two hours. Cons I didn't find anything to dislike about . " October 6, 2025 4.0 They were perfectly serviceable. I wouldn’t recommend them if you have a few screens at a few locations but for mass-deployment and frequent media updates, they were fine. Pros Opti-signs is an easy way to manage multiple locations and multiple screens. I managed over 200 screens at over 100 addresses across the US with no assistance or training and was able to hop in right away and find my way around. Cons Support wasn’t great. I found the help articles unhelpful to the team members setting up and maintaining devices at our office locations, and their emails for support were slow on a good day. I would also like to give the team feedback that when I reached out to the help or accounts team, they didn’t seem to keep a customer database of what devices we had on our account, what the screens were named or any other helpful info.
