It helps that I can log in and see which specific device is not working properly instead of having to go to each individual location. Cons I don’t like that when I need someone I can’t get ahold of someone. I have to submit a contact ticket and wait for their response. I want to be able to talk to someone on the phone when I am available and when it’s needed not whenever someone has the time to respond to my email. Did I mention it was easy, too? made it so I don't have to worry about setting up a computer at each display or trying some kluge wiring solution to get video from a central location. It's almost plug and play easy. Cons We found a few sources of data that didn't have an app or couldn't load documents natively for display.
