Pretty low maintenance and easy to update. Pros has been easy to implement in to our office setting. We've been using it as a rolling announcement board and it's easy to update when needed. We love being able to customize at any time from any location. Pros has been the perfect solution for programming content on our Lobby TV's. It is extremely easy to use programming and scheduling content and we like the ability to be able to change them in real time so we can swap it out as needed. They also provide some great built in connections with popular websites and apps. Cons Creating custom slides can be a bit cumbersome if you do not have a lot of graphic design experience, particularly trying to customize colors of text/backgrounds to specific HEX codes. December 7, 2023 5.0 Pros I can buy a firestick, set it up with the store's wifi and to start running on startup, and all the store employee has to do is plug it in. I have been looking for something like this for years, and we finally have a great solution. Cons I would like to be able to turn audit logs off or on for certain locations, but as of right now it seems like a global setting. Some of my locations need it, and some don't, but all are paying for it. Still a good value overall. Cons There has been some conflict with Roku updates that limited some functionality with but we were informed prior the update and given instructions on how to remedy the issue. It was incredibly easy to set-up and it has been even easier to manage the content. Pros We run a small bowling alley where we rely heavily on contract employees to help us with our digital ads and screens within the center. Having a system that allows us to update our system remotely, with an easy to use UI is critical to our success. allows us to manage media and playlists while also creating templates that can easily be modified when our designer isn't available. Cons There isn't anything that we don't like. If I had to pick something, I would say the design of the interface isn't the best design I've ever seen, but the utility is there and it makes it easy for folks of all skill levels to use. For our business, we have different menus that need to be shown at different times, on different days and this was a perfect fix to our issues before finding . April 2, 2024 5.0 Pros I am on the middle plan which is $12.50 for each screen per month. I like that I can customize my menus and make changes which I can load immediately, or wait until I am ready to upload the new menu. I was able to import Open Dyslexic font so my menu is more accessible. I was also able to customize the size and layout using the placement settings I could ensure that each text box was the same height. I highly recommend this product and I am glad we started using it. Cons I made changes to a template and then selected to force my preferred font and colors. It would not allow me to do so because the template fonts and colors were still there. I just created another blank asset and then copied all of the information over. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time or have an set way to fix it.
