November 30, 2023 5.0 I cannot say enough positive things about OptiSigns. At this price point, it is such a bargain for how it has changed the way I promote and for its features. I have been working with this product for a little under two years now and have never encountered any issues. Pros I love the ease of use and intutive design. I never had any training on it but was able to pick up on how to utilize all the features rather quickly. Everything is easy to understand which makes content creation almost effortless! One less stressor in promoting! Cons Honestly, there is nothing that has me unsatisifed with the product. It does exactly what I purchased it for and is incredibly easy to use. It has allowed us to bring in different types of media format to advertise different events going on - display our quarterly newsletter, highlight guest comments and positive feedback for the staff. Cons As I am still new to the system and figuring out there will always be growing pains but surprisingly there was very little growing pains aside from learning their system. They always get back to you very quickly, interfaces intuitive. It’s easy to use. Cons Honestly, I don’t have any negative things to say about Optisigns. I wish it was less expensive but $10 a month per screen is actually very reasonable. Switched from [LoopUp](https://www.capterra.com/p/168543/LoopUp/) Loop required their own advertising on our screens. That’s not on brand for us. It also is much more affordable than what we were using before. It refreshes to screens quickly and with minimal effort on our part. Cons I don't have any cons! I mobile app is very useful. Pros It was very affordable to roll out. I paid the monthly fee for three months to make sure it could do everything I needed it to before I signed up for the annual plan. Cons There is nothing I don't like. Maybe my lease favorite part was learning how to use the scheduling system. It works it just wasn't as intuitive as the other sections. We frequently 'Congratulate' people for accomplishments and recommend activities, etc. using the system. I've tried five competitors, Optisigns is by far the best, and it's a very good value. Pros The software includes many templates of a wide variety of styles, so it's easy to keep changing up the 'signs' Cons The interface is a tiny bit clunky, but is getting better all the time . I went searching for a program that we can use on what we already had and OptiSigns checked every box. Easy to use, apps to upload so we have the date and time available and it updates within seconds. Pros OptiSigns is so easy to use. I can easily upload images or videos and it goes up within seconds. We have used a few different digital media companies with proprietary hardware and/or with limited apps/templates. The cost was higher and the satisfaction was lower. With Optisign we are able to use our own hardware and be up and running the same day we signed up. The templates and apps allow anyone to use this software and deliver high quality marketing to your customers at a price that cannot be beat. The value that Optisign provides to our practice and return is definitely worth it! Pros The ability to schedule your marketing to ensure you are displaying applicable content to patients is extremely important to our practice. I know when the content is streaming, what is streaming and I have the ability to update immediately. The flexibility, ease of use and value makes this the best combination of digital signage software that I have used. We have the digital signage at several locations and patients seem to enjoy watching it. Pros It is easy to use. Even others who are not computer literate are able to change things on Optisigns. Cons There seem to be glitches when I try to use the OptiSigns animation. I contacted customer support, but they were unable to provide much assistance. They sent a replacement, but it also doesn't work. Pros The tool is user-friendly, allowing us to display PowerPoint presentations and run videos that can be showcased from any location around the world. I find the group display feature particularly convenient to use. Cons Support could have been more helpful. We suggested using Firestick, but it frequently goes into standby mode. I love the variety of templates and apps available! The web design of the product is very user-friendly and simple/modern looking. It is easy to find everything on the website. I also love the OptiSigns app! Cons I really wish that content proposal members of our team were able to set assets to live/expire. We have some student workers that we would rather set up as content proposal but they have to be set up as a user or admin to use that feature.The system was a little hard to learn/set up at first. I wasn't sure of the best way to set up my playlists to certain screens or groups of screens. November 3, 2023 5.0 Pros The thing I like the most about OptiSigns is how affordable it is and how you can upload your own designs. A lot of platforms offered to make your designs or using their tools was necessary to create your menus but we wanted to be in charge and OptiSigns allowed that. The menus stay up and running even when there is wifi connectivity problems, which is perfect because we do not have to-go or paper menus.
