There is no log on the PC implementation to help with that. Pros offers a very competitive feature set and all the features we were looking for at the best price. Getting started with a few devices is easy and scales just as easy especially when taking advantage of the pre-programming from the warehouse. Cons I think billing was a little bit of a struggle however, we were not able to take advantage of the credit card method due to internal reasons. Cons It was likely just being new to the platform, but had some challenges replacing an image. It ended up being as simple as changing the uploaded file. Employees were reluctant when we first told them about this, but all the feedback we've received since launching has been very positive. People like being/staying informed and getting the same message in both locations. Pros Ease of use. It is very quick and easy to pull a template, modify it for our needs and send it to the devices. The variety of templates is also a great feature. I like that every element of each template is a separate item and can be altered or deleted to meet our needs. I believe is the only digital signage solution with which I have ever enjoyed working. The product is featureful, extensible, and supported by prompt and exceptionally helpful people. I believe OptiSigns is an excellent solution for simplicity as well as basic and advanced configurations alike. Pros is easy to use, implement, and maintain. Developing, managing, scheduling, and publishing content is uncomplicated, as is configuring integrations and advanced features. Hardware support is relatively vast. Cons The content designer can be annoying at times. Sometimes, the undo button will undo multiple prior actions, and grouping elements can alter element attributes, such as drop shadows, font size, etc. Also, on (I believe rare) occasions, identical content, playlists, or zoned layouts can be displayed differently on different hardware. Cons There is nothing I like least. I would phrase it to say, "What service did you use least?" Since our marketing team is comprised of multiple graphic designers, we do not use the templates in the program as we create our own, on-brand content.
