I'm somewhat new to OptiSigns. I've used about a half-dozen different signage suites in the past with other organizations. This ranks among the top solutions I've used. Where it lacks in some customazition/layout, it makes up by being simple to use and affordable.

Pros

I love the price, the ease of use, and the ability to schedule content that will add and drop using set date ranges when uploading images/videos.

Cons

The signage looks great but lacks customization and/or placement of content/widgets

This was an easy yes for us. A quick implementation and easy to administer.

Pros

Ease of use and the number of connectors is great for a company our size. You can usually find a way to make anything work.

Cons

There seem to be some limitations in displaying real-time images from the OneDrive app but there are ways to accomplish the same using a different connector.

Very positive experience over all, great for all of our TV management needs.

Pros

It is great for managing large content libraries, and having lots of different tv showing varied content. We have 10 locations, and each of those locations has employee-facing TVs in break rooms for internal communications and celebrations, and customer-facing tvs in our show rooms and lounges. We can handle lots of different playlists and assets with ease.

Cons

Scheduling for content to expire isn't very easy or intuitive.

Pricing was the primary factor, for the number of TVs we had.

Pros

I came from Yodeck because they didn’t offer anything I needed. I contacted customer support to make sure that OptiSigns could give me what I needed. The customer support was incredible and it was very easy to wipe the old Raspberry Pi 4s I still had and install OptiSigns onto them.

Cons

I like everything about them especially compared to Yodeck. It is so much easier to configure.

We're happy that we have chosen OptiSigns because now that it is implemented we don't have to manage/repair things, it just works.

Pros

We can use OneDrive to add/remove content using Windows Explorer, and everything gets synced with OptiSigns

Cons

The integration with OneDrive is not 100% reliable, so we had to do a little scripting to ensure updates are always synced, but it's working fine with our modification

My overall experience has been good. The platform is pretty easy to use, and has decent templates to begin with for those in our organization that aren't necessarily designers.

Pros

Templates, multi-screen, simple to use dashboard. The customer service team was responsive as we worked through the onboarding.

Cons

\-Some limitations with loading animated slides with FireStick. Slides freeze or don't load. -No ability to "copy folder of assets" to another locations assets folder.

Overall, I am very pleased and satisfied with the product.

Pros

\-Cost -Easy installation -Works on older TV's (saves cost on replacing hardware) -Adapts well in unstable network situations (content stays on when screen goes offline) -Easy to design digital content -Ability to schedule content

Cons

\-Scheduling can be tricky... wasn't able to figure out of to copy and paste events -Couldn't figure out how to put accent on Indvidual letter while designing content -Notifications for offline screen would be useful -GPS feature would also be useful -Ability to see if someone has physically turned off the TV would be beneficial

My overall experience has been great! Our church has received many compliments on how unique our digital sign is. It brings a new perspective in rendering important information that the parishioners need to be informed on. And, I find it very easy to design and very cost-effective.

Pros

What I like most is I can personalize each side and edit/update slides to meet the needs of my church. Also, I think that the GIPHY brings life to whatever is designed. Lastly, it eliminates reading announcements because they are posted on our digital sign.

Cons

What I like least is that sometimes I run into an issue with the updates loading.

As a busy market & restaurant, we are constantly changing our in-store advertising. We have saved lots of time and can plan further ahead with OptiSigns and how easy it is for to change and schedule our advertisements.

Pros

As a Latin market & restaurant, we receive a lot of traffic daily, and with OptiSigns we have been able to schedule special announcements and it is much easier and more efficient to change our in-store ads.

Cons

We were unable to get the PowerPoint option working as we had a staff presentation, and instructions were a bit unclear in terms of how to get it to change slides. But this is not something we use regularly so it's not an ongoing issue.

Setup, implementation and utilization has been very easy.

Pros

Optisigns allowed our company to ensure each plant employee was in the know. Everyone employee was given consistent content regarding the entire company and keeping everyone informed

Cons

As a person with not a tremendous amount of graphic, video or content creation skill, it took a bit to become familiar with the format but once I was able to navigate and learn it became very easy.

It has been an amazing addition and we will use it for a long as we can. We tried to used other options and was not as smooth as this service.

Pros

It is so easy to use and to update the content.

Cons

The set up at the beggining was a little difficult but once you get the hang of it it is very user friendly. It is hard to include social media content specially reels. It only shows old content

Gives us remote management across our multiple menus and signs in our stores, creating a foundation for our franchiseable plans for the future. Allowing Marketing to create specials, offers and new solutions for customers across our stores.

Our overall experience with OptiSigns hardware and support has been good.

Pros

We were able to replace multiple video feeds running over our network in multiple physical locations with OptiSigns players connected directly to the HDMI ports on our displays and using out wireless guest network. This eliminated the need for a previous wired infrastructure and signage system used for the same purpose.

Cons

We have not had any issues worth mentioning with our OptiSigns system.

I had originally used another digital signage product. It was easy enough to use but it didn't perform well when trying to implement short video clips into a playlist. It also had some odd design quirks that made it take a decent amount of time to update everyday. I found Optisigns and that all changed. Video plays without a hitch and it has reduced my time for updates every morning by half. This will be the tool we deploy when we relocate to a larger facility and increase our number of screens in use.

Pros

Great design, easy setup, excellent feature set and runs video in playlists.

Cons

Nothing. It performs incredibly well. It really streamlined by communications.

It's been exceptional. I would recommend OptiSigns over and over again.

Pros

We love the ease of use. Even if I design an image from outside OptiSigns, it's easy to upload. It's awesome!

Cons

The preconfigured sticks could be better at capturing WI-FI signals and a little more sturdy. We've had a couple of them break because they can be viewed as delicate while my employees who helped me install might have been a little on the rough side.
