Pros

It's ease of use and the fact is just works. The fact it links with Google slides makes it work very well for our application.

Cons

Some of the widgets and internal slide building systems are a bit simple.

Our experience with , in a nutshell, has been very positive. It's made my job SO much easier!

Pros

What's not to like? The availability of templates that are easily changeable for our needs + on-the-go/remote playlist management + super fast response when support is needed = it's a win/win/win in our book.

Cons

It didn't seem to play well with Firestick, so we had to move to Raspberry Pi devices, but that is potentially more of a Firestick issue.

Pros

I like that I can upload and schedule signs using an app downloaded through amazon prime and I can do this from a remote location.

Cons

I haven't used the service long enough, but so far I have not noticed a negative.

Pros

I like that it's easy to use, it integrated flawlessly with Outlook calendars, and it has a ton of 'plugins' or 'apps' for various additional functionality. It's also fairly easy to use and quite simply, it just works.

Cons

I feel like the UI for creating a custom 'dashboard' could use some improvement and the nesting of elements is a bit hard to train other users on how to use. For example, if you want your screen to be broken up in multiple zones, you set that up in one app, then you set up the content in a separate screen and assign it to the proper zones, and if the content has multiple elements (like a slideshow), that will reference a separate screen, etc. It's not a major flaw, just a bit convoluted.

Pros

Super easy to setup and deploy. Content management is very easy non IT people can do it.

Cons

The standalone app is not that great compared to the amazon app. on a firestick it does not self delete old content

### "Easy Setup and Deployment"

Thus far has been the best software we have used foe digital signage. after trialling a couple of options, Optisigns came out on top with setup time and deployment ease.

Pros

The easy to use and user friendly GUI. It saves time with deployment and setup, it is also very easy to train new users on and is relatively self explanatory.

Cons

We ran into a couple issues with the Prebuilt OS for the raspberry pi where it would freeze or crash. After rebuilding from scratch then manually installing the application all of those issues were resolved and Support was very happy to help with fast responses.

Pros

The very seamless process from ordering to managing is a great experience. Having the out of box preconfigured devices is very helpful and user-friendly. The admin/design portal is very easy to use and the content automatically updates on the device.

Cons

Some of the features are locked away in higher priced tiers such as SSO and groups/teams.

Pros

with the preview option really allows us to not have to go to the campus and have to check on the screen every so often to make sure it is displaying the right content. We are also engaging more with our students by displaying different kinds of content on the screens. It is also so convenient to use that all of our coworkers can easily access it remotely and make use of it.

Cons

They could improve where stuff is located on the website to make it more simple and add two factor authentication process.

When first starting to look for a digital signage tool that suits our needs I was overwhelmed by the large number of providers that look very much alike at first sight. But after trying out a couple of systems, it became frustrating quickly. Some very not compatible to the screens we were going to use, others where simply too expensive or content creation was too difficult. I was glad to find as it combines a scalable, reasonable pricing structure and included a very easy-to-use content creation tool. For us, this was the best choice.

Pros

The simple and flexible scalability of screens and the associated costs.

Cons

I haven't yet reached the point where I have anything to complain about.

So far i am happy with it as are the members of my club. We have monthly calendars and other information showing on it currently. We may add a second screen outside on the deck so non members can walk up and see information about the club.

Pros

It's easy to start with and setup and use.

Cons

I wish there was an option to have a second screen without paying for it for testing and learning more of the functions such as scheduling. Even if it was only for a 3-6 month period. I know you can have two screens during the trial period but unless doing thi s is your job theres not enough timeI'm doing this for my club and the screen is there and I'm at home. I would like to be able to play more with scheduling and actucally see it work without having to go to the club to see if it the screens are changing at the correct times. For this reason I have not implemented any scheduling yet.

Pros

I have a team who update our digital signage and it's very easy for them to use and update. For me, it's set and forget. We can schedule our content and it's reliable and does exactly what it says on the box.

Cons

The interface can be a bit challenging inside the browser, but it seems to have been improving with time.

Due to some restrictions we missed out on more things than we would have liked to share on displays. But overall, it works well and fulfills the purpose for what we hired the service

Pros

We are a remote company nationwide and the remote display is working good so far.

Cons

I find the user experience too restricted. It's not fluid or intuitive, hard to organizing contents and manage multiple screens and playlists.

Hmm, the extension apps are so useful like the YouTube app and Splitscreen app but are not immediately apparent when trying out the software.

There are so many beautiful templates to use and they are easy to reconfigure.

Cons

The power off scheduling did not seem to work. We got the Android player, but we could net get the TV to power down.

So far, I've really enjoyed using and creating content with . This will improve our office communication and be a fun and simple way to get employee engagement.

Pros

This platform is so easy to use!! It is a simple software, but very effective. I like that there are ready-to-use templates, but that you can customize them to fit your needs. I also like that you can easily access help articles and they provide simple to follow "how to's."

Cons

It would be nice to see some blank templates.. for example, the background design with just "Text Here" fields -- rather than having to delete the existing content.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

They stated the price without having to sign up for a free trial and I was able to start my trial without putting all of my credit card information in. I like that I was able to test drive the product without fear of entering in my payment method only to find out it wasn't for me.

So far so good. I'm rolling it out for one dealership and if that works, then we'll expand to include it in all our dealerships. Seems like the right solution for us.

Pros

I was having trouble sourcing a solution to showcase our business offerings within our dealerships. is easy to use and fairly inexpensive. It offered Canadian news too which is a plus.

Cons

Sometimes lining up the different widgets was difficult. What works on one size screen doesn't necessarily work on others, so you need to pay with the scaling a bit. Also, changing the font size of the text side-scroller widget sometimes caused issues with the text spacing.

Flawless, great support with both usage and set-up issues and have loved the interaction

Pros

Flexibility and configurability are very high, allowing for a lot of different features and ways to manage our content and screens. The ease of use with the Sticks and being cloud-based allows for any user to get started or restore the screen with minimal training.

Cons

Wish the Wifi set-up via QR Code on the Mobile App for a new flash stick would work, but otherwise very impressed with the product.

Pros

Easy to deploy and use. Programming is simple and intuitive. Price is reasonable compared to similar platforms. Changes to display are simple. Overall, great product at a great price
