It's good overall.

Pros

Remote access is the key! Being able to see live updates in real-time.

Cons

Having to log into the client's social media on your phone before allowing to use for the social media add-on.

We have a few difficulties getting the tv and usb to connect to each other, but once we worked that out it worked perfectly!

The setup was easy. The program is intuitive and we were able to get up and running quickly.

The price could be lower. It has a lot of great features but we don't use all of them.

The platform is fantastic, the pricing is extremely fair, and the customer service has been spectacular. Overall, I'd say our experience with has been fantastic.

Pros

Let's start with the platform itself. The ease of use/intuitive nature of much of the design is head and shoulders above many of the competitors we looked at. Between aesthetics, features, permissions/security, it eventually became a no-brainer decision for us.

Cons

is constantly rolling out improvements - they aren't resting on their laurels like many of the other competitors seem to have been over the years. One thing we'd like to see is improvements to how billing is handled at an enterprise level; but in the grand scheme, that wasn't a deal breaker for us.

So far extremely pleased with the ease of use and functionality!

Pros

The ease of use was great. has an app on Roku but the stick is what we needed and works perfect. Our Roku was shutting off even after we disabled all timers and screensavers. When we used the stick it has been perfect...That is a Roku issue that OptiSigns bypassed and saved us!

Cons

A longer trial would be nice, but I didn't ask for an extension either

I’ve been happy with Optisign! I was able to take advantage of the free devices and set up has been great!

Pros

One of the most important features that made us choose Optisign is the ability to run two playlists on the same on a divided up screen through zoning. Optisign makes this possible and done fairly easily.

Cons

I wish before purchasing or starting a free trial, that all of the features were listed on the website.

Our old system was archaic and buggy. It required us to physically go into the server room to plug in a USB drive into an old tower. This system is cleaner and less disruptive.

I have use a great deal of other software but this by far is the best and affordable solution ever!

Pros

It's versatility and how you can use it on almost any platform! I love how easy it is to use too!

Cons

I ran into a few problems but it was my error, the media was to big and long. Once I figured it out and converted it to fit correctly. It was beautiful!

I like the software, the ease of use, and the great streaming from computer to TVs. I actually want to get another TV so I can load a whole new playlist that I came up with to display pictures & video from the Laboratory.

Pros

The seamless streaming of the menu playlist and pictures & promotions that I have put up on the Hub to the TVs.

Cons

There is just 2 little issues while making the playlist. When you are dragging & dropping the images onto the playlist, they won't go onto the playlist where you were trying to place them. And one other issue is when changing the amount of time each image is displayed will glitch out and only type one number there. So I have to do it over and over again until it is right.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

Opti Signs were a better value over all other competitors and Was more Versatile for me to customize myself in real time and instantly.

In regards to power outages, the program does not restart directly to the program once power is restored. Must manually go to program.

Pros

What I like most about OptiSign is it's user friendly interface. Clear and concise messaging can be provided to an entire group of team members with ease.

Cons

There was nothing I didn't like about Optisign. Maybe one thing was the lack of customization on certain slides or editing them was more difficult than it should be.

Pros

It made it easy to manage digital signage content, and the seamless integration with various media formats was impressive. The scheduling capabilities and remote management options also stood out, making it a convenient and efficient tool for our needs.

Cons

What I liked least about was the interface, which felt a bit dated and could benefit from a more modern design update. The content editor also felt a little bit older. Additionally, I experienced some lag when using the multi-app mode, and ended up not being able to use it even though it seemed like a fun feature. Not a big problem (we dont have ethernet hooked up or it may have worked better) These issues, while not deal-breakers, did detract slightly from the overall user experience.

has yet to disappoint or be missing a feature. When evaluating our options, OptiSigns had the most features and options for accessing our data and file formats. The amount of devices supported and operating systems has also been a huge benefit.

Cons

No real downsides. The support could be a little better but they've always been able to help.

Overall, has helped our company keep everyone on the same page and informed on important information by allowing us to cast to multiple TV's around our building. It's easy to use and gives you a lot of premade slides to use or edit.

The amount of templates you are given are extensive and overall is very easy to use.

I wish I understood more how to cast a URL vs having to upload a Google slideshow each time.

Pros

I like how you can schedule content in the calendar view and how you can organize your content with playlists. The scheduler really comes in handy when using to manage our front desk screens.

Cons

That you cannot schedule three files at the same time without creating a seperate playlist. there are too less colors for the playlists. And that the playlists are not organized alphabetically or in the order I want to have them.
