We have been using it daily for multiple offices for around 4 to 6 screens and it's been running flawlessly

Pros

We had been looking for software to help with our entry ways for multiple offices, this exceeded all hopes

Cons

It was a little confusing how to schedule certain items to play and also video codec support. And not really a con but it would be great to have more plug in pages like the weather, maybe traffic or something that gives info via a zip code.

I really just love this! It is better than any other alternative for digital signage I was considering. I will be recommending it to my other clients.

Pros

Various things. First, the fact that I am able to manage the playlist from anywhere is important because I am not at the location everyday. The easiness was also critical so that any manager on duty can manage it as needed. It is exactly what we needed to promote essential aspects of the restaurant.

Cons

I don't have any complaints really. The only thing that I would say is that I can see how having to plug it in can be a little difficult. Thankfully for us there was a plug near the TV, and eventually we moved to a USB adapter, but it might not be as easy for all users.

\- Web scripting I would love to use web scripting, but unfortunately, it does not always work in the intended way. - Missing a Grafana app.

Easy to install on Chrome OS NUC. Other products required an android stick.

### "Replaced our old system with OptiSigns"

We replaced our old system with OptiSigns and so far everything seems much easier to use and we have more features than before. Create custom layouts is much easier since the old system required customer support to implement any new layout designs. The price is very fair compared to the number of features and ease of use.

Pros

I like the amount of features and user friendliness over our old application.

Cons

I wish that it had a Google Photos integration.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

Zoom Digital Media has the best price (only $50 for unlimited screens) but the features are very basic and didn't meet our needs. Yodeck seemed as good as Optisigns but the reason we went with Optisigns is because the integrated with Google Drive and Yodeck didn't.

The devices Reach gave us didn't have enough memory and we kept having devices stop working. The Reach system looked easy at first but when you start really using it turned out to be confusing and the layouts were not easy to modify.

From start to finish, we've loved using this platform. Easy to navigate and use, and handles all our needs from welcome messages for incoming customers to sharing announcements with the team.

Pros

Having the ability to connect multiple screens, and display different media on each, without having to purchase any additional equipment!

Cons

We honestly haven't disliked anything. Any issue that we ran into, support was so helpful with. Their support team was very responsive the few times we reached out with questions.

We really appreciate the remote capabilities.

Cons

The occasional glitch of a playlist not starting. usually a refresh would fix the issue. My guess is it is connection error.

Using Optisigns for the past year+ has been great. The software always works and I can know that the correct content is being displayed exactly where I need it to be. Definitely would recommend Optisigns for anyone thats looking for digital signage management.

Pros

We use Optisigns at both of our coworking space locations. It is so easy to create playlists, add/remove content, and schedule content with their software. Whether we need to create signage for events, or promote a new product offering, I can upload my content and have it live within seconds.

Cons

No real issues right now! The web app does look a bit dated, but thats not a big deal at all!

Super easy to set up screens, and their editor is very easy to work with. It doesn't require any major technical knowhow and was a big upgrade from our previous software solution

Cons

Haven't been able to create a suitable interactive kiosk, and that software is not intuitive. Also, lack of support for Safari browser

Absolutely cannot say enough about this product and the people that stand behind it! A customer service representative was willing to meet with me over a video chat BEFORE I'd even agreed to purchase the product or sign up for the subscription. He answered every question with great professionalism and until I understood everything I needed to do in order to get stared. The product and subscription is extremely affordable. After my purchase, I had more questions I posed over email. This company is highly responsive. I have consistently gotten a response same or very next day. They make themselves available through phone, email and video chat. Love LOVE LOVE that! It really humanizes this entire experience. The device is very easy to operate. The website is user friendly (and I am not tech savvy). I love the fact that I can log into ANY computer and change my monitor from ANYWHERE! My monitor is used to display a myriad of information monthly to include, schedules, days off, holidays, class days, who's on-call, who is backup instructor, a fun movie quote of the month, birthdays and fun GIF's!

Pros

Responsiveness of customer service, pricing & ease of use.

Cons

The "undo" feature will sometimes undo multiple tasks instead of just the last one performed.

The DAKboard was a good product, but only in theory. It was a similar product in that you use it to display information on a monitor pushed to a screen from a website. However, what you see on your computer did not match what was pushed to the screen. ZERO issue with OptiSigns!

I'm very satisfied about OptiSigns. It offers an exceptional user experience at a good price.

Pros

OptiSigns has a very user-friendly and easy user interface. Our Marketing department didn't need any training to start using OptiSigns! It offers almost endless possibilities. OptiSigns also supports a lot of hardware solutions.

Cons

The content of some live assets, like weather or news, sometimes don't update after some days or weeks. These assets in the presentation then must be replaced by new ones.

Great! It’s priced fairly, never has an issue, and is super easy to use.

Pros

We use it in our convenience store to display a menu for the breakfast tacos we have inside, before Optisigns we had it connected to a PC and that wasn’t great for a few reasons. Mostly because the PC takes up more space and isn’t as easy as the Optisigns digital signage to setup. After giving it a try we realized that we can revise the menu from anywhere and don’t have to be there physically on site to change whatever is displayed on the screen. Optisigns has streamlined our work so much.

Cons

Don’t really have any complaints about it. Everything has exceeded my expectations since using it.

So far, so good. We haven't issues with this company, it works, and it displays what we ask it to.

Pros

We were with another company previously, and there was always connection issues and it would randomly stop. Now we're able to keep our screens displaying all day, in both of our offices.

Cons

I don't like the way the scheduling is set up, the other company was easier to use/understand in that aspect

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

I can't remember the name of the other company, but it was more expensive, and it was glitching during the setup trial, so we went with OptiSigns instead.

Pros

We needed an option to be able to easily allow different staff members to be able to set up digital signage, Optisign has been super good and convenient at allowing not only me as the admin, but also non technical staff also.

Cons

The initial setup perhaps was what I like the least, but in saying that it was too complex, it just required some hardware, in our case we needed an Apple TV as the stick option was available for us.

Ease of use and how great the final screens look.

Cons

We have four separate screens in different locations so if one shows that it's "offine" we have to trouble shoot to figure out why. Most times it's something as simple as our colleagues did not turn on the TV that day!

Really great! The initial trial and support I received really help sell the service and it was easy to train my staff to update our content as well.

Pros

I love displaying our branded content and welcome signage for specific golf outings and events on our Optisigns digital display. Our country club celebrated our 125 year anniversary this year and some of the old members had push back on our new digital tv display. Once the members saw the eye capturing information exciting displays they loved it.

Cons

Sometimes all the options for playlist and features can get to be a lot.
