So far my experience with OptiSigns has been very positive. We are using this product in the main lobby of our office to educate visiting customers, showcase our work, and recognize employees. Given the ease of using the product, I foresee us considering adding other screens and utilizing it in other ways we hadn't considered when starting this project.

Pros

Remote access was a critical feature we needed when searching for a digital signage product. I am a remote team member so having remote access to manage the screens was key. OptiSigns has made this process very easy. I was able to jump right in and begin adding material, make changes, and see the updates in real time. It has also allowed other team members who are in the office to view and suggest changes. Prior to finding OptiSigns implementing this process was painfully slow.

Cons

I am only a few days into trying out the product. At this time, all the features have been easy to use. There have even been extras, like the apps for weather and sports that were a nice surprise to have at our fingertips!

I have had great customer service when I can't figure something out. They always email back with in a couple of hours.

Pros

I am able to post safety information and company policy with four screens on one. Then have a safety meeting on full screen with no issues.

Cons

Sometimes figuring out how to get something on to the screen is a bit difficult. Still trying to figure out how to stream my security feeds.

I came straight here, I did not consider someone else.

I like how easy it is to create content and assign it to multiple screens across all of our markets. Switching to OptiSigns has saved me a considerable amount of time!

Cons

The only thing I would change about OptiSigns is adding email or text notifications when a screen goes offline.

I am very pleased and think it ads a unique element to our showroom that other businesses don't have.

Pros

I like being able to display our various builds in a manner that is both aesthetic and engaging.

Cons

I have had some connectivity issues where Instagram will not update to the latest posts. I've worked around that by removing instagram as an app and reinstalling it.

The price was a big factor. Also, the cleanliness and functionality of your website was a deciding factor as your site was far more professional than other sites and apps I came across, thus giving me confidence that you guys know how to set up a platform.

Easy company to work with. We had a grand idea we wanted to implement with optisigns and they worked with us to make it happen. I had hardware issues that prevented full implementation but that had nothing to do with Optisigns and they worked with us to the end of our crazy idea.

Pros

The process of spreading culture initiatives, shout outs, company goals and highlights is made so easy by OptiSigns.

Currently there's nothing I don't really like about OptiSigns.

It's been great so far! We've decided to roll it out across more of our facilities.

Pros

I've enjoyed the simple setup and the functionality. It's been great being able to adjust different screens at different times.

Cons

It's not as intuitive for me. I get confused between different options easily, and have had to make notes of how to update things and where.

After initially using a competitors product, Optisigns was a breath of fresh air.

Pros

Ease of updating content. Accurate layout representation. User interface.

Cons

Some text layout tools would be handy, text box tabs in particular. Some issues with custom fonts not displaying correctly.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

Khazina was sold to us with the screen hardware and turned out to be terrible. Optisigns looked much more what we were looking for.

Pros

It is easy use with little to no training.

Had a few glitches with the sticks Cache a few times early on but those problems are in the past.

Brilliant. We highly recommend you frequently to clients.

Pros

This is really easy to install. We purchased fire sticks for each TV on the wall in our offices, downloaded the Optisigns app in just a few clicks, and it gives us a code. In seconds, your playlist is showing on the screen. You can equally set a schedule, which is great for us to avoid users having to amend the TVs each day.

Cons

The screen sync isn't perfect. There is a lag between the screens sometimes, which is noticeable when screens are together. This could be improved.

When I make a new playlist and preview it....it looks awesome and then I go up to see it in person, and nothing has changed.

Our location in Munich are using the solution to show relevant brand content, they love the solution as its pretty much plug and play.

Pros

The reason why i chose this product was due to the large amount of devices the Application could be ran on.

Cons

The restrictions for use on an Apple TV are annoying but understandable as being enforced by Apple.
