Pros

Easily share information, group townhalls, and even training

Cons

Anytime you add to your playlist, the preview starts from the beginning so if you have a lot on your playlist, it takes a bit to preview so everything shows properly.

Pros

Compared to our previously used product, is all around better. Faster, easier to navigate, changes take effect more quickly, less steps.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike, but I think there are probably features I am not taking advantage of that I should be.

I was so excited when I found this software. I was tasked with finding a way to show a news ticker on the lobby monitor in addition to my daily slide that was displayed. It solved that and then some.

Pros

What I like most about is inexpensive way to offer nice looking content to communicate with my staff and the convenience of designing it and then display.

Cons

Still learning the software so I don't have any opinions on my lease favorite feature.

My overall experience has been great! We will continue to use and will never go to any company. Optisigns has been awesome!

Pros

What i like about is the ability to customize playlist and change them to whatever you want. Customer service has been amazing! I love how they respond quickly with issues and you can remotely change everything without being on the location. Helps business get more leads for sure! We will definitely be using more of optisigns on all of our tv’s!

Cons

Limited apps allowed however it is still very useful.

Pros

Easy presentation and quick to change.

Cons

If you had music at your prensentation each time it reaches the end of presentation and start at the beginning, the sound of the music increases.

Pros

Lots of options and templates and being able to remotely access the signs is great

Cons

A little difficult to set up at first and saving templates can be confusing

Overall, the software is very flexible and offers ease of use. Anyone can learn to use it and if there is a feature you desire, it probably has it. I don't have many complaints. I am interested to explore the integrations within with Google Slides & Power BI

Pros

Easy to develop, store, and schedule signage. I was taught how to use the software within two days, and it is user friendly.

Cons

I dislike the limited number of graphics for holidays and special occasions. I use Canva to supplement this issue to give me the flexibility I need with creativity. Some of the graphics in seem outdated.

We are happy we tried it and hope the great experience continues.

Pros

It saves time updating multiple screens at once. Auto deletes old marketing. Can schedule designs to rotate at a later date. Can use pictures, videos, and different apps. Overall extremely happy with the app. Customer support is responsive.

Cons

I can't think of any cons at the moment.

The price and the fact that I could get the information from your website. I didn't need to request a demo and sit through a marketing call.

Pros

This app fit the bill and through the use of its FireStick Native App, filled the need for a small load graphic solution for our graphic display needs. Any thing we can come up with, this platform has been able to handle, and the template gallery has given us great ideas to further customer engagement.

Cons

Haven't found much not to like, if anything. Wish I knew about it sooner. Replaced a dedicated pc and cumbersome remote desktop management solution I'd fought for years.

Pros

The platform is easy to use and doesn't look like a website from 1999. Assets, playlists, scheduling- it's all very easy to use. Setup is similarly easy. I have used other platforms/systems that are complicated and much less user-friendly.

Cons

Communication with could be better. I feel like most of the emails I have gotten are automated. That being said, our IT department had an issue, created a ticket, and had their issue resolved very quickly.

After using multiple different digital signage companies opti signs is by fair the most user friend, price friendly and visually pleasing digital signage company. We have been with two other companies before that had multiple issues and we have been using signs for at least a year now with zero issues.

Cons

I had some issues uploading our social media platform but once I got it figured out, it was easy!

We got an LG signage specific TV and a micro-PC to run . We uploaded our logo and some custom images and incorporated the weather widget. We have received many compliments on the appearance and quality of the signage from both management and visitors. Highly recommend this as an affordable signage option. It also has emergency notification options, but we have implemented any of that yet.

Pros

Setting up our slides and integrating widget features like weather provide a beautiful sign to showcase or facility and products. Customizing to welcome visitors is a key feature for us and this product makes it easy. The signage shuts off outside business hours to conserve electricity and increase the life of the hardware.

Cons

There's not really anything I don't like about . There was a learning curve to getting setup and optimizing custom changes to be scheduled, but our team picked it up fairly quickly.

Muy buena sinceramente me encantó encontrar una herramienta que se adapta a nuestras necesidades y se aprende a utilizar sin necesidad de tutoriales, es muy simple y eso me encanta.

Muy buen precio, facilidad de uso y muy rápido a la hora de actualizar cambios.

Cons

\- Puede llenar la caché y con esto la memoria del televisor. - Algunos videos aunque sean en MP4 no da un error "unknown error(4003)" por lo que tenemos que renderizar el video en otras aplicaciones de video para que funcione.

Smooth experience, easy to manage menu changes and store previous menu images in one place.

Pros

Very easy to implement and use through a smart tv with the app. I was able to upload and push my menu to the tv display with no issues, allowing changes to be simple and fluid.

Cons

n/a, I've had no issues using for my digital display needs.

Sometimes the video uploads wouldn't work, but I'm not sure if this was really an issue with the App or the original video.

The quality of display and the simplicity of adding start and expiration dates.

Cons

Not knowing which playlists the asset is in when under the Asset function. Also, the expired content still showing in the Playlist function.

I have had a great experience so far. I was really impressed with how quickly the support team go back to me. Luckily the resource they sent me solved our problem. I know it may not always be like that but. I feel confident they would be timely and willing to continue helping us.

Pros

I like the ease of use and how it allows us to continually update resources we have that are always updating on our end.

Cons

I wish there was an easier way to schedule or update/stop running thing like a calendar setting where you could say stop running this playlist this day and start running this playlist or asset this day things like.

I would recommend . Set up is easy, the display options are nice.

Pros

This product is really user-friendly. I am not very techy, but I was able to use this very easily. We use it to push communication to our employees - the features and options we can use to push and communicate are endless.

Cons

I do wish we could push internal links to the TV's. In order to do this, we'd have to hook a computer up directly to the TV, which isn't feasible.
