Pros It allows us to update the sales numbers almost in real time to keep the sales floor motivated. It also allows us to throw up important announcements and motivating sales quotes. Since had been using powerpoints for our screen shows, we just converted over to Google slides Pros is so easy to set up and use compared to other solutions and the vast array of apps we can tie into such as google slides/photos makes it so simple. Cons Once in a while when setting up a new asset, we see hangs while it is processing the asset. So we have to exit out and come back in and sometimes it is then set up or we have to start over. We allow users to publish their own content, wrote a short manual about how to do that and users have picked it up without any problems after that. Content management is reliable. Pros Ability to manage from my phone is important and easy to set up. It helps to be able to manage content without having to come into the office. Pros I liked that it came with templates so I didn't have to waste so much time designing. Cons Maybe as we use it more, I will discover better features but as a new user the images in the templates were pretty basic. I post birthdays, special days, if we are having a party or a meeting with the medical insurance team, etc… Pros I like how easy it was to set up and get going. You don't have to be a genius to get it set up. Cons My computer "preview" shows me what should be up there and not what is actually showing on the screen. That's the biggest problem. Pros We are a church with multiple tvs spread out over our campus. is such a great product for us because we can schedule media, playlists, videos, etc to play throughout the week based on various groups who are on the campus at any given time. We previously had complicated media players, but installing the OptiSigns media player sticks or downloading the app has been a breeze. The management platform is very straightforward, user friendly, and updates remotely so that our digital screens are able to update pretty instantaneously after updating playlists remotely. Pros I appreciate the minimal hardware required to utilize . Using the program through an app or OptiSigns player has been much easier than complicated media players and devices that we have used in the past. Cons At this point, we have no complaints with . Owner Restaurants Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Look no further " August 10, 2020 5.0 Love the product thus far Pros I have TouchBistro and their digital menu did not work at all. I have searched and searched tried multiple trials and this was by far user user friendly and easy to use even if you are not tech savvy. I can add my continuous updates to the menu as we have to keep adjusting due to food costs and the shortages. It loads in seconds beautifully. I even mark out what items we sell out of. Don’t waste your time looking around! Cons The symbols are a little lacking and could not change the color on the ones I wanted to use from the template. Also I could not find the font though it was used in the template. I hope as I learn how to upload and edit I think it won’t matter. I also wish I could set the font size with a number not a slider bar it’s to hard to get it exact but I managed to make it close.
