I felt right at home within about two hours of fiddling. The setup is as simple as purchasing standard kit and installing it on existing or new screens, and setting up a profile and build your first sign. Pros Ease of setup. just a device and a screen (or some tvs by themselves) and you're ready to go. Cons Not for a tech newbie, there are features that are super useful but take a slight learning curve, but no problem for anyone who's ever written a paper or documented a design feature with embedded pictures. Pros I love the fact that all offices receive the updates instantly and seamlessly. It also allows each of our office managers access to update content and messaging as well. Cons The software set up isn't the most user friendly in some areas but overall once you get the hang of it its easy. There should be more "How to" videos available on Youtube. April 27, 2023 5.0 Pros We needed a solution that bundled digital signage with a Windows based kiosk application. Optisigns was one of the few that offered a solution that allowed our application to work with the kiosk's media devices. It was very simple to set up and we had it operational in one day. Support answered our only question within a few hours. Overall an excellent product with quite a few options. Very good value. Cons Really most of the features worked well right from the start. The Web Player did not met our needs but we were directed to use the Window Player instead and that worked out fine for the Kiosk application. Reason for choosing OptiSigns No one had a better Interactive Kiosk solution. Pros I really like how you are able to quickly post signage and announcements, even from the app. Cons I wish the scheduling of content to expire and show up was better. Having used USB-based TVs for signage in the past, Optisigns takes out all of that manual work, and adds scheduling functions, and so much more! Of all the similar marketing software I reviewed this was more cost effective and easy to use for multiple administrators. Another pro is being able to use the app to control all screens and locations. Cons There's not much cons of this software as everything was very well laid out and easy to understand. Navigating the content space will require some effort. Pros Pairing of screens is very easy and content is readily available. Cons It pricey compared to other products. The players that connect the tv don't feel lke they will last in a tough/dusty environment.
