Pros It's easy to implement, the OptiSigns app on the amazon firestick was easy to connect to our OptiSigns account. We were then able to easily control what the TV displayed. It's easy to upload new documents and create playlists. You can display different playlists on the different TVs, which was great as we have devices across different sites that need to display different info. It's easy to schedule playlists as well. Cons Currently no cons about OptiSigns , it all works fine for us. Switched from [Yodeck](https://www.capterra.com/p/228571/Yodeck/) We implemented the system using Amazon Firesticks, we found that we couldn't get Yodeck working with the firesticks. Pros We've only been using it a very short time, but so far 3 users have found it very flexible and innovative, with a wide variety of options and layouts. We're all extremely pleased so far with the design and clarity of the slides as well. Cons We went to set it up and realized we needed 2 AAA batteries, which were not readily available. The instructions were a little confusing, but between 2 of us, we got it working. The best thing I can say about the product is that I almost forget we use it. Cons I don't have anything to report here. The service does exactly what nee need it to do (easily and inexpensively deploy and manage digital menu boards) , and hasn't failed once in the half dozen years or so we have had it. Pros After reading MANY online reviews and sites form comparable companies, going with Optisigns made the most sense. The 30 day trial only solidified my choice even further. It has been a breeze to set up slides and run playlists to our tvs. I love most of all that I can edit what is running from anywhere. The app enables admins to edit, change or add from anywhere. Cons So far nothing has been a con using this. The app is easy and the implementation is easy. Reason for choosing OptiSigns After reading articles on many other products as well as reviews, I chose Optisigns because it was the most affordable and seemed the easiest to implement. There seem to be a lot of capabilities that we haven't tried yet, such the remote presentations, which would be useful. Pros It's very easy and intuitive to setup (coming from Xibo...) and we've delegated content creation/management to other users with zero training required. Cons As we grow our estate the simple per-screen licensing costs are adding-up, some sort of sliding discount might be nice. Having very little digital and computer training and experience, I spent more time deleting and redesigning assets than if I had more experience. Pros It is simple to create an announcement for our church and then choose which screens display it. With multiple screens we have several different playlists for different locations, different audiences and different events. We were up and running in a matter of minutes. Setting up additional users was also simple. The user interface to design individual signage slides is very easy to understand and use. Adding graphics, video, text, changing colors, etc. is all very intuitive and pretty much click-n-play. It was very easy to figure out how to add our slides to a playlist and manage the playlist. Assigning screens was very easy to figure out. We reviewed several services before deciding on Optisigns. Some services were specifically designed for churches, some were general business services. The other services all had some complicating feature to them. The simplicity and easy of getting started with Optisigns was the deciding factor. Cons The only thing I wish the Optisigns designer had was an "eye dropper" color selection feature like many graphics editor type software have. It would be handy to hover over a color in a photo and click to select the same color for corresponding text or borders. With the existing color selector I have to move around a color palate until I get close to the color I want. Minor issue, but the color selector would be handy. Cons I have to use "handbrake" to encode videos for them to work on Optisign, but otherwise all is good. Reason for choosing OptiSigns Because it was easy to use, wasn't more expensive than what we were already using, and it has integrations with other platforms like Canva.
