I have been using Digital software for the last 3 years on the business and this is the first one that i can allow my staff to use and assist me in updating because of the simplicity. Pros I have only briefly been using this software, Though its not a revolutionary change from what i have previously used it is certainly simpler and more flexible in what you can do. The app store is great and so far everything looks great on the screens which is an issue i have had previously with my current softwre Cons Very little if anything. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. Pros Optisigns provides a simple to use method of communication with our students and customers. With just a few clicks we can add special messaging, update current notices, and provide information that we wouild not have been able to communicate effectively otherwise. Cons The only setback is a little glitchiness in a couple of the apps. Background music can be finicky on a playlist and weather apps do not always report accurately. Deputy CFO Cosmetics Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Feature packed, easy to deploy and manage solution for content management on displays" August 29, 2021 5.0 Pros We compared several solutions on the market, OptiSigns came far ahead on affordability, the ease to deploy and manage on multiple platforms easily (Amazon Fire TV Stick, PC, web-browser, Android). Our core requirements were fully satisfied within the OptiSigns solution, including: - reliability - the ability to easily create playlists, schedule, split-screen content on displays and have these interact (a reoccurring schedule using playlists to specify what content is shown within a section of a split-screen) - create content via an inbuilt WYSIWYG (with templates available) - ability to allow multiple users to manage content and displays - display existing PowerBi content under authorisation (not public sharing) and refresh the report periodically for new data - manage the content on screen with any updates actioned within seconds within a web-based platform Kiosk functionality and emergency/flash messaging are added bonuses which we are looking to compliment in the near-term in our deployment. Cons A few minor issues: - Trial is limited to 2 screens within the 30 day period. - All monitors are counted to the licence count. Terrific if there was an ability to select a watermarked or time limited version for test deployment at scale. - A slight learning curve to understand the powerful interactions of schedules, playlists, playlists within playlists and frames. Before finding Optisigns, I was running a slideshow through our store's computer to our screen. It was a pain, and timed out constantly. Optisigns made the whole process easier. Pros Easy to use, fairly intuitive. Being able to change the sign when I'm not physically in the store makes inventory/price changes easy to display. Cons I don't have any real complaints. We implemented it in 2 locations, in less than a day. It help us show our starred products and promos, so it has driven more attention. Also, it is a great tool when selling. Pros \- Easy to manage from anywhere. I don't need to be on-site. - I can manage several screens. - I can create schedules easily for this screens, making the job of our people on site a lot easier. They can focus on selling rather than setting up te screens. Cons \- Pricing for several screens. They should have a better pricing when you have more than 6 screens... I love that I can easily manage everything in the cloud and it pushing it out to my screens in real time. There's a ton of options for apps and everything looks incredibly professional. The price is also an appealing feature. I've tried other products that cost 2x - 3x as much as OptiSigns and you don't get as many features with those other products. This was hands down the best value I came across. Cons The only "tweak" that I would love to see pertains to the "fade" feature. The fade doesn't seem to work with videos. They simply start and stop. They used it before me, and when I did some market research it seemed like the best option for the money. Pros I like the ability to push the design to my screen remotely. My stand is at market and we are currently only open 2 days a week. So my design and menu changes take place during the off time and usually not at the stand. Cons I feel like the software could use a bump in available media and templates. Not everyone runs a coffee shop or bakery.... Pros OptiSigns allowed us to become digital with our awards and recognitions. We replaced our old plaques in the lobby with a TV screen that plays our playlist every day filled with photos and facts about our agents and our company. It is super easy to create quality content with hundreds of templates to choose from. Cons I wish I could schedule reminders to add and remove content. Maybe that feature exists and I am not aware. April 18, 2024 5.0 OptSigns is very helpful with my job in doing advertising and I am having more fun doing my work because of it and I can't recommend it enough to other people. Pros As a first time user, OptiSigns was one of the easiest system to use. I was a newbie to marketing yet I was not confused nor find it difficult to use.
