Cons Relatively few backgrounds in their templates. Also, motion backgrounds cause the Roku Optisigns app to crash. Reason for choosing OptiSigns It seemed like the best available product. I had a few issues when I first set it up - but customer service was fantastic. Quick response as well as a follow up. Very unique in my experience. Cons Only thing I can think of is easier use on my phone — but have not followed up with them to see if I am missing something. Pros is easy to get set up and operating quickly at no cost. If you like it, simply upgrade from the free demo to the package that makes sense for your use case. One monitor or multiple, the product works well, is easy to use, and fit the bill for remote managment of multiple hdmi displays. Sticking with it for now in the hopes that the product will improve over time. Paid for faster support responses but still feel support is really good at canned answers and not really looking into the issues. Pros Ease of implementation. Interface easy to use once some time is spent learning what it will accept. Cons Will not work on even the best Amazon Fire Stick.
