November 15, 2023 5.0 Everything has been very easy and user friendly and cost effective. Pros enabled me to create a live newsletter type of presentation to keep all employees updated on current company events. I also use OptiSigns for conferences to display relevant ads for our company. I am also able to let a site know when their display is not online. Cons There has not been any issue with the system. There are easily accessible help topics and the system is user friendly. Reason for choosing OptiSigns was the most cost effective solution that allowed me to manage several displays from the corporate office. The demo went smoothly and the technician was knowledgeable and able to answer nearly all of my questions. The one or two he could not, he was able to quickly resolve and email me the responses. Pros The high number of pre-built apps, exceptional custom designing which includes pre-built templates, the wide range of supported devices along with the price per feature makes this an excellent option for large or small businesses. Setting up a device is simple and easy and even building out a complex multi-zone dashboard takes mere minutes to complete. Cons My only real complaint is an inability to truly remote into a device, but this exists as a feature for IT already using other software. Cons I would say sometimes doesn't register all of our emoji's created within Slack which definitely is something that can be improved/integrated. We received hardware quickly and were able to set it up with an existing system. Our tests were successful and we plan on rolling out with OptiSign to all of our locations. Pros Ease of setup, fast delivery of hardware, very clear how-to videos. Dashboard is very UI friendly and easy to use. Does exactly what it's advertised as. Cons There are some issues with offline-online screens in the dashboard that I can't quite figure out and there is no real Help I can find online about it. Pros We use this program to change out digital signage in our church lobby each week. It is easy to use and had not had any problems in the time we have been using it.
