Pros

Lo que me ha gustado, es que existe, que ya es una realidad y eso me parece espectacular, encontrar una aplicación que me de la oportunidad de crear presentaciones completas y que se pueda reproducir en cualquier tv.

Cons

No encuentro ninguna desventaja en este productos, es super completo y muy recomendable para todo el que quiera tener una presentación profesional es su establecimiento.

The ease of use remotely. It is very user-friendly and easily accessible. you can update things fast.

Cons

I would enjoy seeing some how-to videos. I am limited with my knowledge and I would love to be able to utilize options to share our website in a format so it's not a still screenshot. (It might be our website)

has proven in a short time to provide the Church the ability to display announcements with pictures, and just general info to our people throughout the Church facilities.

The program is easy to use and we love the ability to create multiple screens with different pictures and the ease of remote access to make adjustments.

Overall great experience. Employees really enjoy having the digital sign in the office.

Pros

I like the templates and apps you can use to customize your digital signs. I use Canva frequently to make flyers and signs, so it's nice to be able to have it as an app.

Cons

I can't seem to get the schedule feature to work.. sometimes I come in the office in the morning and the TV is off.. it typically runs 24/7. I also wish you could rename files. Some of the apps don't work such as promoting our Facebook.

I like how easy it is to setup and upload my designs to the platforms. We use the digital signage part for conference tv. It displays safety instructions for our manufacturing environment.

Cons

At the moment, I don't have cons. I find the platform easy to navigate.

We use this product to display information to our staff and visitors of our building. It provides scheduling information as well as announcements and some streaming videos. We mostly used their split screen/zoned system to show lots of information at the same time.

Pros

Lots of features and built in apps to just about do anything you could need. Their support team was super fast at responding and was able to help with technical issues and learning the product. They have lots of hooks and ways too easily connect your displays to other software within your organization.

Cons

Compared to some other more expensive products they still lack ways to see exactly what is displayed on the screen easily. They also still require remote access to the screen to force refreshing the content instead of doing it from the manage system. These our features I am used to from previous products, but was not a deal breaker in our case.

I enjoy the pre-made templates to use for holiday signs or creating new flyers.

Cons

I still have not figured out how to schedule a sign to display and it took a while to figure out how to add background music.

### "Best digital signage I've seen in a while"

I love using , even for when I need to push a quick slide to our displays, it's simple and easy. Upfront pricing on top of everything else made the experience even better.

Pros

I loved that everything was super easy to set up, onboarding new users to upload content is super easy as well. The UI is very user friendly. I have it running on LG Digital signage displays and that was as easy as inputting the setup URL on the display and then adding the display to our account via the passcode displayed. Very transparent with pricing and upfront with everything I've asked even from a cybersecurity aspect.

Cons

There isn't much to dislike about . Personally I haven't encountered anything up to this point that I don't like.

As mentioned, it was incredibly easy to deploy a device making cross training very simple. Set up was fast and I was up and running within minutes.

Pros

Very easy to deploy. Works with our Userful uClient adapters as well as our existing Raspberry Pi players. Works great during our transition to Userful.

Cons

Limited to how many Raspberry Pi devices we can utilize.

We moved to Userful as our primary players. Userful's uClient devices uses as the player loaded on the devices. Engage is the content management service. Using the OptiSigns component was very easy to use.

It was easy to train someone on how to use this product, any issues I have had have been easily resolved in a fast manner.

Pros

I like the fact that it is user friendly and that they have quick templates to choose from.

Cons

I don’t like that I cannot update the length of time for a “slide”, but that I have to update them individually per playlist.

Great! They had everything set up and all I had to do was plug in, set graphics and play.

Pros

I love that I can remote in to any location and the set up and use is extremely easy.

Cons

I honestly have zero complaints at this point. It is a pricey business, but is fair in pricing and the product is excellent.

We switched form BrightSign but it wouldn't let me select in the dropdown and submit.

Easy to set up...does what it says it does...we love having a tv in our dance studio lobby that shows important information, pictures & videos of our dancers, quotes, and famous dancers on youtube...our famlies love it too.

Pros

The program is super user friendly and the customer service is spot on. The emails they send with ideas are so helpful and right to the point. We tried another program and had terrible results and customer service. We could not be more happy with our free trial and look forward to a long relationship with OptiSign.

Cons

I struggle a little bit with knowing exactly where to go to do stuff, BUT it is the second week and customer service is great.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

lobbytv was the first thing that popped up looking for this service. There was no sign of optisign. My receptionist did a search since we were so unhappy and found you all. Wish I had found you first. Their program was difficult to navigate/figure out...when we called, they referred us to their youtube instructional videos which are 5+ years old. They did not respond to emails.

It's been great. Being able to control everything remotely for all our retailers has been a huge advantage.

Pros

Very user friendly and easy to set up. We can control playlists very efficiently. Having a very familiar UI like Android makes things much more intuitive and convenient.

Cons

The software glitches sometimes (very rarely). A couple times scheduling did not work as intended. But it was corrected immediately with the help of support, so no complaints there!

I love how easy it is to accomplish things that weren't even possible with our previous setup. Being able to set add/expire dates for individual slides without having to create a million separate playlists was a gamechanger for me!

Cons

So far, I don't really have any complaints. It is perfect for what we use it for (digital signage displaying events and other info at a public library).

Our product wasn't listed (BrightAuthor) but had to select something from the list to move on. Wanted a simpler solution to set-and-forget instead of having to redo our playlists every day.

has been a huge level up on our plant floor and in our break room. It has allowed seamless general information communication throughout our organization.

Pros

was so easy to implement. We loved that there are apps to run directly on our TVs on the plant floor and we didn't need to purchase a computer to run the program. We also love that we can run different playlists on each of our screens and push material separately.

Cons

The templates page was a little difficult to get use to using and wasn't as user friendly as the rest of the programs.

### "The best solution for our use case!"

We selected as our Digital Signage solution, replacing LG SuperSign, because of its ease-of-use interface. Our marketing team was struggling to utilize the LG application because of its confusing interface and lack of features. OptiSigns brought many more features, and we could save time when creating and publishing content to our screens in our Center for Learning office, Factory, and Administrative facilities.

Pros

brought an ease-to-use interface. A very straightforward solution yet with many features to help us manage content across many different screens.

Cons

It could implement more "hardware" level configurations, if possible, for some screens running the native application, for instance, LG Monitors.
