As a cannabis dispensary, I wish optisign could integrate with our POS system to auto populate product names/skus. Or even a bulk upload that could be more time efficient.

Pros

The pricing is for the functionality is great.

Cons

We have issues displaying our entire menu on to three screens. Manually adding our whole menu is somewhat of a hassle too.

The ease of updating signage throughout a whole store is incredibly helpful. I like that I imm able to keep my old files stored in case I need to switch back, and the changes happen immediately.

Cons

Some of the organization features are inconvenient, but not so much to the point where I can't use them.

Cons

I haven’t had any issues or complaints. It was easy to install on a smart tv and is easy to manage.

Installation was easy to do, and the DIYvideos are perfect for those who don't mind DIY'ing everything. I personally love having the ability to make changes myself instead of relying on someone to do it for me.

Pros

Instead of having a boring sign to greet my clients as they walked into my office, I was searching for something with my logo on it, but with the ability to display my agents photos along the side of my logo as well! This worked out perfect!!!

Cons

At this time, OptiSigns is doing what I need it to do.

Pros

We have tested several other devices & CMS that provide similar functions and services. OptiSigns has been the easiest to set up, configure, and operate. There are so many options for every possible use. I am thoroughly impressed with this system.

Cons

Sometimes you have to wait for a response to a question. I would rather talk to a live person via chat to get help in the moment.

I have been very pleasantly surprised with this solution. Customer service was top notch when I was discussing how I wanted to use OptiSigns in my business. They got me set up with exactly what I needed.

Pros

Easy to deploy. I am currently using 3 Android devices via WIFI to broadcast the daily exercises in my fitness studio. Within minutes of plugging the devices into my displays I was up and running.

Cons

The ability for me to make last minute changes would be made much easier and convenient if the split screen option could handle the number of splits that I require. In some cases I have 16 different elements to my screen that I would like to change on the fly. Because the split screen doesn't work for me, I must edit my screen in another software and then download/upload a new file.

Pros

I found it intuitive and easy to use. The Live/expire feature is really helpful to schedule things in advance

Cons

None to speak of at the moment, quite happy with it

So far, it is good. I dont believe these software are necessarily super easy, but they are not entirely neuroscience.

Pros

I have tried a few of these software which, in reality, didn't know what to expect. I was thinking of something like press and play, which is not like that. With all that said, I feel optisigns is the easier of the ones I tried. Something important the customer service is on point.

Cons

I'm unsure how to simplify it, but using icons facilitates the playing of the images or videos. I'm referring more so like Apple's easiness of interaction. "press and play" As I said, I'm unsure what it takes on the back end of the software, but maybe language or icon interaction, not sure as I said. Also would be possible to display Instagram videos?

I think you do a great job, the screen capture functionality is very unique as well. Great customer service as well. The only reason why we could not continue using it was due to an internal IT concern.

Pros

Honestly everything was great, using Android was the icing on the cake. I was able to configure everything as I needed.

Cons

There was a weird glitch once? But I wasn't able to replicate it nor remember much about it. But the Pairing code wasn't showing up for some reason.

We are a high School level Career and Technical Education Center. We have 25 programs that are located throughout our campus. Being able to place displays in a variety of locations was key to our needs.

Cons

We are using Apple TV's to run the OptiSign App. Some of the features don't work with Apple which is a bummer.

I love that is on-going. I programmed out SmartTv with a smart outlet to turn the tv on and off and so I don't have to be involved daily in turning on and shutting off tv.

Pros

I love that it is easy to upload images and make changes from the App.

Cons

We are all-around happy with OptiSigns. Very easy to implement.

The process of implementing digital displays in our lobby area was so simple! My brother (fellow business owner) recommended OptiSigns and we are so happy we tried it out!

Pros

Optisigns has transformed our ability to communicate promotional content at our facility and to make much better use of our lobby spaces!! Now we are able to take advantage of the time/space in our facility to share news, camps, special promotions, etc. instead of trying so hard to reach our clients on Facebook or email!

Cons

Nothing yet! So far OptiSigns has been able to provide all of our desired functions!

7+ months using the product and after researching options it's the best price for what we need. 9 screens displaying different photos and videos to inform and create buzz around products and services. I love that I can change the displays from anywhere I have my computer and it will automatically update on the screens at work

Pros

Ability to run multiple screens from one platform to display messages to the retail floor

Cons

Keeping up with updating the screens as often as I'd like because I can. Keeping fresh info on the screens is important but time consuming when business gets busy. But thankful I can do it from anywhere

I switched from a video display module that was built into our management program. OptiSigns was easy to learn and quickly was up and running. The end result is significantly better, being able to play videos and more.

Cons

I haven't found any deficits yet. Very happy with the switch.

All Star uses OptiSigns for three different digital displays in our office setting and everyone appreciates the information we are able to display. It helps us welcome visitors, relay office activities to staff, and provide business data for everyone.

Pros

I really like all the templates that are available in OptiSigns because I use the program for several different purposes. There are fun holiday and seasonal templates and more formal business-related ones and I appreciate the variety.

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult to know how to schedule certain assets and playlists but the more I use it, the easier it is.

Our staff now have access to the most up to date information at a glance.

Pros

I really liked how simple optisigns was to set up. The templates that were provided were easily customisable and the integration of google calendar was the main reason I started to use optisigns.

Cons

I would like to see more consistency around syncing. Deleting an event on my google calendar does not sync to the optisign app. It will delete once a new event is created on the calendar.
