As described above, it is easy to use and you quickly have the page ready that you want to show. But the possibilities are a bit limited here and there. (I did not find the extra options with the more expensive subscriptions either)

Pros

The ease of use during setup and implementation. Your first demo-screen can build in less than an hour.

Cons

The easy use has a downside: if you use the Google Calendar API, for example, the number of customisation options is limited. For example, you can only choose black or white as a colour. You would like to see that expanded. By the way, this does not only apply to the Google Calendar API.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

Complexity and the price. Before you have a first screen ready, I think you have spent half a day with BrightSign, and half an hour with OptiSign. And the price is lower and you are more flexible because you do not have to buy any hardware.

Easy to use, quick set up and a great product.

Pros

OptiSigns allows our corporate office to showcase our portfolio in a professional and digital way for visiting guests, executives and more. It's eye-catching, easy to read, use and update.

Cons

Sometime the screen seems to reset, but I believe these are closely related to power outages we've had in the area.

SO far the service has been excellent. We have gone from a traditional paper-based display board model to a digital model and are able to spread information amongst our various sites, in various states at the touch of a button.

Pros

\- It's ease of use - Ability to tie in apps such as weather, news feed.

Cons

At the moment there is nothing i don't like about the service.

### "Overview from first week of use"

So far so good. We will continue to evaluate for this use case.

Pros

Very fast and easy to implement. From download to displaying content was less than an hour.

Cons

Being new to the product choosing the correct hardware to have a consistent display. some work better than other depending on the content needing to be displayed. We are trying with the Rasberry Pi and Windows machine. Window seems to run the product better, but for static content the linux device works good.

We use janus for our banquet facilities because of the integration with our existing systems. Since there was no need to use the integrations with Janus, we elected to use this product for a specific use case of marketing displays due to the ease of rollout and cost.

Pros

Ease of use, scheduling, content playlists, reliability.

Cons

We originally used raspberry Pi for our devices and had some trouble with them. Once we switched to android sticks the system was very reliable.

Pros

The ability to control remotely from desktop and mobile is the icing on the cake. We've tried others, but being able to do that is really a time saver.

Cons

It can be adapted to use with nearly any display/TV, however in alot of cases you need the additional stick or box. That can get pricey when you need it for 10+ screens.

Cons

Only struggle we've had, is losing slides but it's probably user error. Maybe a permeant delete option.

Great price and it's easy to use with a fire stick.

When editing new layouts, sometimes selecting layers is a bit hard to edit, but this is small.

I like that this is easy to adopt, inexpensive and makes it approachable for 1 screen or 100 screens.

Pros

Easy setup with many different players. Amazon fire stick to small PC’s it all works!

Cons

Some of the app integrations are done better by other digital signage options out there.

OUTSTANDING. Great support, wonderful opportunities to capture more individuals' attention.

Pros

I have no idea why anyone would use any other digital signage company. Seriously. I got hands on support all the way through before I even PURCHASED. They addressed every question within the same day. The application to create content is FREE-- I don't have to pay for the templates or any features. There's no hardware necessary unlike most other companies out there. If I could rate it ten stars I would. I love love love OptiSigns and I am so glad we chose them over the other companies we were looking at!

Cons

There is nothing bad I could say about this product, everything has gone so smoothly, from set up to content development.

Pros

I like how it is laid out like Microsoft with folders; makes organizing content and finding it for later use very easy. Immediate updates are great.

Cons

I wish it had a way to set a timer on the content. Meaning a piece of content that has a deadline or will be outdated by a certain date. If it could be automatically removed or hidden from the playlist

This has been one of the best experiences I've had with new software.

Pros

I had been searching for a solution for our TV announcements that could be updated remotely and had integration with our already existing software and Optisigns was the best solution. I am not the most tech savvy person but I was able to get Optisigns up and running within 10 minutes. For me this was a very big deal as I had tried other platforms in the past and was unable to get them running without constantly being on the phone with customer service. Optisigns has been a game changer for our company.

Cons

At this time, I have absolutely no cons.

Overall, we are very happy with OptiSigns and will continue to use the app for our bakery.

Pros

We have been looking for an affordable easy option to display our bakery menu on our TV screen. After exploring multiple options, we decided to give Optisigns a try. We love that the app easily integrates with our current Canva account! All of our Canva designs were simple to move into OptoSigns and display on our screen at the push of a button.

Cons

Initially, we did have some trouble navigating the browser version of the website. It took some time to figure out that we did not have to recreate our Canva designs but that we could link to our account and pull them in. Additionally, the user interface in the admin area needs a little work.

Its easy to setup, we pair it with Firesticks, from unboxing a stick, setting it up, getting Optisign installed and paired takes about 10 minutes.
