Pros It's easy to use. You can upload different types of media and there are some nice widgets available. You can schedule and adapt the content of your screens very fast. The response time on support is very good. Cons The connection to our M365 account was easy, but it's not flawless. We wanted to use the Outlook app to display meetings in our meeting rooms, but it couldn't find all of our meeting rooms. We use the teams app instead (strangely this could find them without a problem). Cons I wish you could have a larger selection of apps to choose from. This program allows us to be efficient and have fun at the same time for the entire office. Cons Not much, sometimes it doesnt work well with amazon tv firesticks. It has also allowed us to try a variety of communication medium such as video files that we have not used in the past. Pros Ease of management communication board content, remote access, wide variety of file types can be displayed, apps to link to twitter feed, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Cons The rendering of files sometimes creates fuzzy images, displaying of .pdf files can look crazy if orientation and size is not correct; whish there was a way to 'randomly' play an 'asset file' rather than trying to schedule it in throughout the day. This feature makes our department look polished and organized! It's a great tool for students to see announcements and important updates. I love the addons like the NY Times, weather, or being able to add beautiful art (through Canva). Pros Opti signs allows me to create flyers and announcements for our student facing office in Student Affairs. Very easy to collaborate with others and share posting responsibilities. Easy to organize slides within a playlist. Cons I would like to upload directly from Canva into the app. Instead I need to download from Canva and then upload into Opti. My digital signs run 24/7 and being able to remotely control signage improves the value of my sign usage. Pros This product WORKS and is easy to use!!
