Great. We hope to be a customer for a very long time! :)

Pros

It was easy. I am a tech guy and I don't mind Raspberry Pi but my staff does. This software is easy and everyone got going on it pretty quickly.

Cons

It is still new to us but the only thing is the content sometimes loads slowly from our playlist. That may be only thing. We are excited to test some of our videos!

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

Easy of getting started. Your app is working well. We will be transitioning to a TV next month, so I am excited to see it there.

It has been good for us to display dashboards for our company on the tvs we have around our office. It keeps our employees engaged!

Pros

I love how cheap the monthly subscription is. Also I love that you can just download an app on Amazon fire tvs and other tvs instead of having to buy a dedicated digital signage device. That is the best feature! It is very user friendly

Cons

I haven't ran into anything that I didn't like about it.

Pros

The ease with which you can add and schedule multiple elements is very straightforward and intuitive enough that I can easily delegate personalizing the screen to welcome customers with confidence.

Cons

There's not much to dislike about , the GUI could be slightly more intuitive but in reality I have not encountered any real pain points with the system.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

I elected to go with after a very short time due to the rich feature set at a highly competitive price point. The ease of deployment was also a huge plus.

Really enjoy it so far! Just glitchy and I assume you are working on it

Pros

Ease of use, capabilities, live setup....

Cons

The software is glitchy and not adaptable to what most businesses need. It's a good start but many glitches in the maintenance. Also the pictures that I add to playlists are low quality even though I am adding high quality pictures to it.

has given us the ability to change out content easily. We can upload content, schedule for when we want it to display on the screen and don't require software install.

Pros

Easy to use and manage multiple screens and a lot of built-in apps ready to use as well.

Cons

Single/One account can't have multiple licenses so need to have two separate accounts which make difficult so have to login back and forward between account.

We were trying to play video for digital signage purposes via Silk on Amazon Firesticks and no matter what we did, the videos would stop playing. Even if our playlist, be it Vimeo or HTML, was designed to repeat, it would only run for so long before it failed. Since we started using the videos have run continuously.

Pros

The fact that it successfully played our videos when the Silk browser wouldn't. On top of that, having the ability to manage multiple screens from one place, by multiple people, is extremely handy.

Cons

Nothing yet, both the application and the support have been terrific.

Great so far. One or two things can be tweaked, but not a deal breaker.

Pros

Intuitive and easy to use. We use it on multiple displays. Really a step up for our digital displays.

Cons

Scheduling multiple things is a bit tricky.

Pros

Easy and quick to use allowing me to schedule out menus and more weeks at a time.

Lag time (might be my WIFI) when dragging and dropping into playlists.

we always want to use the tecnology to conect with our student and parent to give them direct information, we are using screems on our hallways to show pictures and the bussines info and everybody its very happy with it.

Pros

How easy was to put it to work on a screen, we use the free tial and we were so happy with the platforms that we are going for pro plan

Cons

Maybe more use of apps, and some more temes configuración of some apps like ig or climate. Also the preview on the computer screen its not like how we see it on a tv or de devise that showcase.

I would recommend this to anyone who is having a tough time managing multi-screens.

Pros

The ease of use was great. Was a simple setup even easier to add content to instantly share across our company's screens?

Cons

There were a few instances where the software took over the tv and would let us use other features. It may of been an actual TC issue though.

Pros

makes changing our store menus efficient and easy. I love that you can layer videos and pictures within the design editor.

Cons

I think the design editor could use a few more options surrounding scrolling menus. I like to have our menus infinitely scrolling and this is currently impossible with alone. I make the scrolling portions of our menu on a different software and then upload it to OptiSigns.

Overall, this is a great product/system. The ease of being able to scale up/down, push live updates to displays and manage these from the cloud from any device with a web browser is great.

Pros

The cloud based interface and the ease of being able to update in real time. It's a quick and easy (an inexpensive) way to convey information throughout the site without having to manually update screens.

Cons

The Firestick 4K struggles with 4 x smartsheet dashboards, also the PowerBI app doesn't work with our PowerBI settings.

is easy to use and customize. I own a small business that needs a single digital signage to display the menu. I can download them from Playstore, install them on Android TV, and make them ready. Many customizations from playlists, and video players.

Cons

need modern video templates or photos ready to use with AI support. Just a few clicks or add some pictures, text and let the AI do the job.

The entire process of setting up the application to rolling out our first scheduled playlist was effortless!

Pros

I truly appreciate the ability to schedule down to the minute of any hour of the day, most any source of media (picture, video, etc) that we would like our patients to experience. The ability to provide our patients with quality programming is priceless.

Cons

We are hopeful that our medical educational video vendor and are able to work out the details to allow us to share quality and focused medical education videos to our patients.
