I found from Google. In 30 minutes I was able to assign a screen to the dashboard and have my first content working perfectly. The integration with other apps is perfect and allows you to expand your system as much as you want. My favorite app is the integration with Instagram.

Ease of installation and start-up. Templates help you to quickly implement your company's entire digital signage system in a professional way.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

is a much more reliable and easier to deploy product. Its price is also very competitive.

My experience with has been great. It has been easy to use and I have had no issues. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who needs digital signage for their company or business.

Pros

When looking for digital signage for our non-profit camp, I wanted to make sure the product had the ability to be controlled from anywhere on campus AND was easy to use. fulfilled those requirements 100% and it has been seamless to use this program. It has made an incredible difference in our ability to communicate our menu and other announcements to our guests.

It was good for the price of the product compared to competitors. I will have to experience more of the customer service side to give an accurate review.

Pros

We can use it on our existing tv's with an amazon fire stick.

Cons

The set up was a little challenging and support didn't understand my concerns very clearly, but after playing with the online setup, I was able to overcome my issues.

### "Very Helpful for remote internal management"

We previously had been using USB's to display internal information, and this allows us to update all screens remotely, simultaneously and more easily which is a very nice upgrade.

Pros

We needed a software for remote control of what was displayed on internal screens, and from that aspect it does this job great. The management is done completely remote, with very easy to set up and use software. It also seems like a much more inexpensive option than many alternatives, and the support we have experienced so far has been great.

Cons

Only thing that we have noticed so far is that in the cheaper plans, we tried displaying a calendar from a website, and the TVs were unable to to stay logged into the website to display the calendar. This is able to be bypassed with the more expensive plans, or I believe through writing of your own HTML which I just haven't tried to do, but could be wrong on this aspect. They do have support for other calenders, just not what we previously used.

Pros

What I liked most about this software is that it's available through multiple devices. My business initially only operated on Raspberry Pi's but to learn there is a company like that can enable tech related cost reductions is paramount in our growth plan.

Cons

I'm finding it difficult to find anything wrong with the software. 10/10

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

I couldn't get past the main boot to enable wifi. A simple keyboard command wouldn't work so I moved on. I tried to reformat and flash another sd card but I had the same problem. I needed a time sensitive solution.

Pros

We've been using this software at our restaurants for the past few years, and compared to other hardware/software solutions, has really created a well thought out system to address all of our needs - and we have specific criteria that not many other companies met. For those times we needed help with the set up or maintenance, customer service was always accessible and found solutions to our many questions. Compatibility with other software and SAAS vendors had made a huge impact for us.

Cons

We are very happy with and can't think of anything negative at this point.

We are a non profit senior's center. our use case for OptiSign is an easy way to communicate news and display daily and weekly events to our members. we were previously using Yodeck but members complained the calendar view was hard to read on our 65" screen. We originally looked at Optisign to use the same raspberry pi's we had from Yodeck. The ability to change font size and the different calendar views were huge for us! we now have a scrolling week view displaying our events that can easily be read across the room. We had emailed support for some advice and they were very responsive and helpful. can't recommend them enough!

customization, font size control, elegant layout, logical management interface.

Cons

for pi cant set wifi credentials from within the management portal (need to set it in the pi's ui).

I'm very happy with the service and I hope that the research and development sector will keep offering new plugins in the future.

Pros

The possibilities to edit everything from remote and send it to live screen in a moment. Also is great the scheduled calendar and the playlists management, to ensure the best communication in every moment of the day

Cons

There are a lot of plugins to use and apps that fit in the system, but i'd like to have major setup features for the italian language. Many apps, in fact, has only the english version and this is troublesome sometime.

is a super secure, practical, and easy way to digitally sign documents! It's easy to use and especially helpful during work transitions, when traveling, or just for days when working remotely is the best option for you!

The only problem I could see is that this may not be a very affordable option for an individual, but on a large company level, it is absolutely worth it!

I'm absolutely LOVING !

Pros

When you add slides to the slideshow, they appear without any issue. You can use images, music, videos, and even PowerPoint presentations. Create something in PowerPoint and use that exact file without having to change or recreate anything.

Cons

I think the dashboard/playlist layout could be a bit more intuitive but it didn't take me long at all to figure it out.

We were looking for a solution to add a layer of communication with our employees in our plants and corporate offices. This provides an easy ramp up and a great array of options as well as flexibility.

The ease of use, the low barrier to entry, and the interface were all important items to me in choosing .

I'm not sure yet. As a free trial user, I am hoping it will be as easy to use for 25 screens as it has been for two.

Top two reasons we switched to for our digital signage vendor was their support and pricing! We gained more features than what we had with previous vendor and paying half what we were paying before.
