Overall has been great with very little to no issues.

Pros

Easy to setup. Easy to use. Ability to setup and manage several displays from one website/application. Mobile application to allow configuration while away

Cons

Cost - while the costs are not overly expensive, they do add up quickly as the number of displays grows.

Pros

In the hospitality industry, our events, promotions, and activations, change monthly. Optisign allows us to create a digital signage playlist and schedule content with ease, which aids in marketing efficiencies.

Cons

The wifi signal must be strong in the area that the screen is. It will often disconnect from wifi for a while. If signage needs to be removed it can be a bit of a hassle, but for the most part, a schedule can be posted and is fine for the month.

Airtame was too expensive. It also required wifi to play, whereas Optisign only requires it to load new signs.

I have been using Yodeck on my entertainment players for nearly two years, was not happy with customer service. While searching for an alternative, I found and signed for free trial. Optisigns hands down is much easier to do everything that Yodeck can do, the ease of use saves me time. I am moving all of my players over to Optisigns.

Pros

is extremely easy to install and simple to manage. It does exactly what I need it to do, which is play ads and video content reliably for 16 hours a day.

I have yet to discover any dislikes with

After a quick training on how to use the software, It's perfect to share internal information and promotions with our guests.

Pros

It's effortless to use, connect multiple kiosks, and easy to create/delete playlists.

Cons

This doesn't happen often, but there's been a handful of times when the program will randomly quit.

Ease of use and setup. Cost of program and ability to use with firesticks.

Cons

As the administrator. The ability to manage multiple groups but having to change my "team" when making certain changes. Should be able to adjust all groups from my one account.

Pros

I loved that I have options to manage multiple screens with different playlist. I could also create teams for each screen and have security parameters for them.

Cons

I have to go to each team to see the screen. I would like to see all the screen in one but when you have teams with screens assigned, it’s not possible to do so.

Pros

I love how easy it is to push out updates to multiple remote screens without having to leave my desk. We're able to push out updates and advertisements about upcoming events to 6 remote locations quickly and effiecienctly with just simple Fire TV's.

Cons

I really don't have many cons - for our simple use case I think its a bit pricey, but still one of the most affordable from other options we reviewed.

I really like the ease of updating our menus and how quickly we can publish all of out content. We also use the Aericast for meetings. It is very easy to use and doesn't require any additional hardware or connections for guest hosts.
