Pros

Este software es extremadamente fácil de utilizar, además todas sus prestaciones permite dinamizar el contenido de manera ágil e intuitiva; he tenido la oportunidad de implementar redes de cartelería con otras opciones pero a mi parecer esta es ala mejor.

Cons

Por lo pronto podría decir que el software es bastante completo, lo único que no he visto y talvés si lo tenga es la posibilidad de colocarle caducidad al contenido.

Pros

Cost is always an important aspect to any product, but ease of use for our users is particularly important so this tickets both boxes for us.

Cons

The inability to use OneDrive as a Data Mapping spreadsheet, i have spoke to support and this will be coming within the next couple of quarters.

### "Opti Sign and how it fit my needs"

Overall I really enjoyed using . Everything just works and I love that about their product.

Pros

First off I want to say that is an amazing and convenient app for the google chromecast tv. It is one of the easiest and best solutions on that platform. Other signage apps either cost alot or their content wouldn't load properly onto the google chromecast. But high resolution images were displayed well on the optisigns app. I have gone through several different apps until I got to optisign and they were all a chore to use. I'm glad that UI is simple and it looks great whether from your mobile device or your desktop website. I would definitely use optisign in the future and would recommend it to others.

Cons

I wish Optisign had a phone line for customer support. Most communication is through emails, so if I had an urgent and quick question to ask I couldn't reach them right away. However they do respond quickly over email and have remedied many of my situations. The IOS mobile app could use some work. For instance trying to view the files and previewing them would be very convenient on the phone app.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

It was one of the only programs that worked on Chromecast TV at the time.

Cons

Only just used the free trial and signed up, so early days, but the product offers more than our old one.

Pros

Product is very easy to use, setup and deploy. The amount of apps that can be used is massive compared to the software we used to use.

Cons

The fact that you cant output on a windows PC to multiple screens is disappointing but one we'll have to work around.

Pros

The software is very simple. You can create a layout very quickly. The widgets work well and look trendy. When saving, the screens are updated automatically. It is a very stable system that can be used for us to inform our employees.

Cons

There is no text editor to enter longer texts with bullets and indented paragraphs.

Pros

I like that the software is easy to use. Integration was easy. The templates are easy to use. I just bought some Amazon Fire Sticks, connected it to my TV, downloaded the app on to the fire stick. I was up and running. The scheduler works perfectly. The playlist works perfectly. I can pull from multiple sources - youtube, webpage, static images, videos, live weather, and countless other places. I can edit templates on the fly and push them live. No more contacting my graphic designer, having him send me the file, put it on a flash drive, and connecting it to the tv. So much easier!

Cons

Twitch streaming didn't work very well. It's basically unusable. I think that's more an issue of twitch throttling because every other streaming video site worked perfectly.

Overall I am very pleased with service and product. It does exactly what I need it to do and does it well.

Pros

I like the ability to schedule content and playlists for diff days and times.

Cons

The way that the service is utilized streamed videos in a playlist is clunky and doesn’t work very well. I would use it if it transitioned smoother in the playlist.

Pros

Centralized management of our signs has been a huge time saver. Content can change dynamically and on a schedule and has brought our directories and promotions to the next level. Adding new signs is a piece of cake - no wiring or special setup required!

Cons

Certain features don't work reliably, such as weather apps and streaming music. Some templates have font issues that require resetting our Fire stick settings from time to time (presumably whenever there is a software update).

I really enjoyed using . Once I was able to figure out the main menu, it was very simple and easy to do everything else. It was also very easy to find the correct hardware/TVs to buy that could be paired with OptiSigns. The app store was also very useful and had many more helpful apps when compared to other services. Overall, the experience was very positive.

Pros

I really liked that the software was only $10 per screen and that the features were very customizable. There was many useful apps and the videos played volume which was very nice. I also enjoyed creating my own displays which was very easy and quick to do. I was very happy with the long free trial as well and really was able to go through everything and try it out on the TVs. It also made purchasing TVs and other hardware devices for the product extremely easy since everything was there for you on the webpage.

Cons

The main thing that I did not like was the menu. It was very confusing at first and was not very intuitive. For about a week I had to constantly fight with the menu until I eventually learned it. This was pretty much the only thing that I really disliked. This is a big deal though, because I am concerned that when a new person is wanting to update a screen, the new person could mess up the other screens or just have a hard time changing things.

I would highly recommend to a first time user of digital signage. It was really easy to get setup and modify as we become comfortable with the available features.

Pros

Easy to get the service started. Able to have multiple users upate playlists from remote locations. We have been able to use comtent from pretty much any source.

Cons

Templates can be difficult to edit at times. We have had to completely start the process over several times due to formatting changes that take place when editing.
