Cons It would be fantastic if they could incorporate Instagram reels and video streaming alongside YouTube links for a wider range of content options. Needs more Customizeation." October 7, 2020 5.0 We wanted to be able to streamline our processes from uploading, ad creation, and app features Pros I love the integrations and how easy it is to set them up. Uploading is simple and the Dropbox / Drive app is amazing! I absolutely adore it. It allows me to build out a section for my clients to customize themselves. Cons I would love to see more customizability. I bet \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] from support is done with me by now because I send him too many emails (joking). But being able to: - Change Font Size in Apps - Chose different display styles (For Reviews, being able to toggle as most recent) - Change the way some of the Apps Look more than just aspect ratio I would also love to be able to take a crack at designing apps for the system but I'm not entirely sure how to go about it. I have some HTML experience and am wondering the best way to go about it. We are also wanting the possibility to white label the software if possible. The UI is extremely intuitive. Playlists and scheduling are very easy to create and manage. Initial setup of the application on the device driving the signage is very straight forward. Cons While there are many templates to choose from, certain objects within the templates are not as easy to edit as others. e.g. The color of certain objects does not appear to be directly editable. There are ways to adjust the colors with filters but I have not found a way to simply apply a new color directly from color options. WIth this said, I have found other comparable digital signage solutions much more complicated to use. They often times require custom artwork made from 3rd party solutions. Review Source CM Carlos M. Not having any clue what all the equipment I would have needed to buy, had I not found , would have cost me a fortune, Im sure. I would have been a salesman's dream. Instead I got the same result, for a cup of coffee a day. Pros I have my screens hung vertically (portrait) and the rotate feature made it easy, without needing to edit all my videos or buy more equipment. Cons I wish I had the opportunity to try all three of my screens during the free trial, but two for free to test the product was very nice. Really like the fact that I could speak with customer service on the phone being a new user that helped me understand the features and how everything works. Customer service was very helpful getting our display up and running. Cons I would like to see more templates available in an array of different colors. Reason for choosing OptiSigns A big factor in choosing was the fact I could actually speak with customer service when I had an issue or question. We only used one other service 4 years ago for a short period and the only customer service was by chat. Also the OptiSigns pricing was better than others we looked at. Their customer service has been helpful as well. Pros The ease of use is appreciated, especially at busy events. It's nice to be able to control and update the screens from either your computer or the app on your phone. The app is straightforward and works great. Cons We did struggle with tyring to get video synched up across multiple screeens. However, our network connection or the brand of screens we bought may have contributed to the issues we were having.
