Pros Easy to use and set up. You can quickly control the TV from anywhere. You can set schedules. Cons In our experience, we have had our own troubles with using Amazon Firestick (the app does work if you use a Firestick though) and found it easier to manage using the stick from Optisigns, however, the stick from Optisigns seems to not have as good of a wi-fi signal. It's easy to use and fulfills all my needs. Pros I like the fact that it's really easy to use and I don't have to worry about it crashing or having to contently check that it's still working. Any issues I have are always with the content, not Optisigns software or hardware which makes it easier to troubleshoot. Cons There really isn't anything I don't like. Switched from [Airtable](https://www.capterra.com/p/146652/Airtable/) it was actually Airtame not Airtable. It was not on your list. but Airtame was absolute garbage stopped working all the time. The software was causing more and more problems. So we jumped into the huge selection of signage software solutions. The software is quick to learn - easy to administer. We have not missed any feature and are faster and always up to date with our ads. Pros We are thrilled by the simple connection to a FireTV Stik. The software does exactly what I want and we have had very few problems. Pros How easy it is to push content to the screens and create playlists. Cons I received an extra unexplained charge and had to get in touch with customer support to have to have it refunded. It was quickly dealt with but the subscription plan page could be more detailed with more information which I believe is what led to the extra charge. I update my PowerPoint daily to include updated sales figures and any new initiatives that my Associates need to know. I purchased an Amazon Fire TV that works seamlessly with the OptiSigns no need for any additional devices. I am able to push the updated PowerPoint presentation and it immediately loads onto the screen in a matter of a few seconds. Cons The only downside that I have seen is that it doesn't keep my timing in PowerPoint for transitions. It allows you to select a total time in the interface for the PowerPoint to run but I don't need each slide to stay on the screen as long as others.
