It's easy to use, it's easy to program and it's reliable to display. Pros performs to expectations in a world of many to choose. I wanted fair pricing, easy to use and performance as solicited. I feel to have found all of these items. Cons I'm not a fan of the individual screen pricing format. I would like to see a 0-X group pricing, as I don't feel this would burden the company and would only benefit the consumer. I would like to have the option to seamlessly add and subtract screens throughout my building. It's difficult to get to work with Live TV streaming options, still haven't been able to figure that out. Reason for choosing OptiSigns Pricing and product service offerings. I will be implementing Optisign into my organization. Pros I like how you have unlimited cloud storage and users, along with apps, as well as being able to manage the screens remotely. Cons I couldn't find much I didn't like the product. Before this, I was using google photos but it was a pain strictly because I had to go to each device and change the album I was working on. Pros This was a built-in app on the new chrome cast so it made the setup very simple. Once I had the app open and connected, it was a breeze. It didn't take long to learn the dashboard and the tutorials are very user-friendly. Cons It might have this feature but it would be great if you could use it offline. May 8, 2023 4.0 The long trial allowed me to evaluate the software sufficiently. I had a chance to testdrive many of the features and integrations to social and design apps like Canva. Pros Very easy to add media from local pc as well as the numerous integrations to thrid party software. Adding new screens is a breeze as well. Cons I setup and manage my system remotely and it would be ideal for admin level user to have the ability to preview a test screen to review success and quality of an asset or playlist. Pros Compared to other companies' products, it is superior in terms of design freedom and multifunctionality. Cons The UI may be a bit complex due to its multifunctionality. We moved from ScreenCloud to because of its high functionality, stability, and affordability—even though we still believe ScreenCloud has a more elegant administration screen design. I had 5 tvs set up with different playlists in less than 2 hours from start to finish. Making changes is very easy and this program will save me a lot of time moving forward. Pros I love that it integrates with our Canva account. It is also very easy to update my files/assets and the update in almost instant. The old program we were using was very cumbersome and took 15 minutes to update. Cons I wish there was a way to embed the code from our Canva designs into a file so that any changes to our Canva design were pulled automatically instead of us having to reupload the file. Pros I really appreciate how easy it is to get set up - uploading all of my content, creating my playlists, pushing it live, etc. A very easy user experience. Cons The only slight issue I have is that I wish the instagram feed feature adapted better to the space allocated for it.
