If it wasn't for the issue of display going offline occasionally this would be an amazing product. Pros I work for a chain of hotels and use in our lobbies. It's great for me that I can update all these different locations remotely. Very easy to upload images and videos and create playlists. Cons The only con I have which is somewhat of an important one is that the signs tend to go office somewhat regularly. This may be because I am using a Roku device to stream the media and not using their in house option or the preferred Amazon Firestick. The ability to run everything from a FireStick is great. If I need to edit anything onsite it is very easy to make adjustments via the website or the mobile app. Pros I love the ability to import all of my content prior to an event happening and build out the schedules and playlists for each day. It is very easy to deploy and setup and there have been no issues. Cons Everything works great for all of my needs and there is nothing that I don't like about . Reason for choosing OptiSigns Prior to using we typically used a laptop connected to the digital signage to run a rotating slide show via powerpoint and/or just a static image. It was a hassle to one have to have a laptop at each location that added costs as well as the worry of laptops going missing. Can't ask for more than that. Pros is the perfect solution for our taproom, making it super easy to maintain a menu board, marketing screens, and a community bulletin board from my computer or phone.
