The company was excellent about helping me walk through the product initially so that when we went to customize it we were able to move around quickly.

Pros

Our patients notice the Optisigns content and ask questions about what is offered which leads to increased sales for us!

Cons

It took a little bit to play with the software because there are SO many options. Ultimately this is a good thing, but there was so much to view at first that it took some time for me to get it \*just right\*

We have been having an issue with a much larger vendor we were forced to work with that wasn't meeting our display screen needs. We implemented OptiSigns as a stop-gap and as soon as we're able to I'd love to switch to using them only.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the entire system.

Cons

I've not found anything I don't like. Everything is simple and easy to use.

I'm so glad we found OptiSigns. Now that we've been using it a while, I can't imagine using any other playtform. Do yourself a favor...take it for a test drive. You'll love it!

Pros

OptiSigns was super easy to get up and running. We launched it using a Roku stick and had no issues whatsoever. After playing around in the UI for a few minutes, we found it very simple and intuitive to upload content and create a playlist for our client. As a bonus, some of teh pre-designed COVID content was really useful. We've tried some other platforms that were not nearly as easy to use. In fact, the platform we switched from was unreliable and had a hard time staying connected.

Cons

We create our content outside OptiSigns and import for the playlists, but I gave the design tool a try. I was able to create the visual I wanted, but it took longer than I expected. I chalk that up to my unfamiliarity with the UI. If I weren't already using somethign else, I'd find it handy.

Reason for choosing OptiSigns

We were using Quickesign and it stopped connecting, so our client had a blank TV. After way too much troubleshooting, I gave OptiSigns a try and it worked instantly and consistently. I wish we'd found it sooner.

I was particularly impressed by the flexibility and scalability of Optisigns, which allowed me to tailor it to my specific needs. The customer service team was also very helpful and responsive, and they were able to answer any questions I had quickly. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this digital signage system to other hotels.

Pros

I recently had the pleasure of using Optisigns for a hotel. The system was easy to set up and use and had a wide range of features, such as scheduling, free templates, and the ability to create custom content. The system was also very intuitive, which made it easy to navigate and manage.

Cons

Setting up digital signage can be complicated and time consuming. Furthermore, if the digital signage malfunctions, it can be difficult to repair. Lastly, if the software used to manage the digital signage is not updated regularly, it can become outdated quickly. Despite these downsides, digital signage can be incredibly beneficial to businesses, and when used correctly, can provide a great return on investment.

It has been great. I tested out many apps and this one has been a dream.

Pros

I love the template options. It is very simple for me to generate more content because there are options that allow me to customize the provided templates.

Cons

If you are uploading your own content, I wish there was a canvas option to create your own slide instead of working first with a template, but that is just a minor detail. This is a great tool.

We are currently able to display company news that were have to send out via email on the displays in all of our locations, including our remote workers at home. We are now able to effectively communicate with our entire team as if they were all under the same roof!

Pros

The apps that can be used to make templates, the ease of use, and the hardware that is offered. The cost per screen is amazing and the ability to manage the environment from one screen is wonderful!

Cons

I have had to hand build a KPI display environment at a previous employer and that took close to 2 years. This took me 1 day to set up and have a working model to show stakeholders. One week later we had rolled out the 5 screens we needs with a professional looking display thanks to Optisigns. Talking to the wrong guy about finding negative comments about the software.

Overall I think OptiSigns is a great app that allows us to advertise our programs and facilities in a way we did not before. Moving away from posting paper ads and more interactive attention getting displays helps us tremendously.

Pros

What I enjoyed most about using OptiSign is the multitude of layouts we can have detailing many of our programs at different facilities. Having access to those prompts at a moments notice from our phone is so helpful being in a position where I am not always in an office.

Cons

Sometimes we have difficulty using the phone app to change display screens and add them to playlists.

I am brand new to the world of signage boards, and I downloaded a few free trials from various providers. Without a doubt, optisigns was the absolute easiest interface to get familiar with. I was up and running, pushing messages to TV screens wirelessly within 15 min. I could not be happier with the free trial, and I am converting to a fully paying customer. Excited to use OptiSigns and discover more of its features!

Pros

Ease of setup. No dongles needed. I was up and running in 15 min on two screens.

Cons

I have found no cons so far, but I will keep looking!

I still have limited use, but great so far versus competition and can't beat the price.

Pros

The easily customizable templates get you started and to a finished professional product the same day. Normally have to pay more for the included integrations.

Cons

Only thing missing was a temporary screen collaboration view. I work in a team across departments and would be nice to be able to send a preview to limited scroll version of the screen to someone without them logging in or having to download the program. "HR what do you think about this?' type of email.

10/10 experience so far! I appreciate the ease and convenience OptiSigns has brought to my workplace and reaching target audiences in the community.

Pros

OptiSigns is a great platform to use if you need to broadcast messaging to a variety of audiences. It is extremely user-friendly and intuitive, which makes it fun to use and explore the several different elements to it. The customer service from support staff is also top notch. I have had the pleasure of working with both \[sensitive content hidden\] to resolve my issues when submitting a ticket to the support staff and their turnaround time is exceptional and the support is always thorough.

Cons

I have a tough time sizing files in a split screen, but I am learning as I go along!

Pros

Simple manage digital uploads over multiple screens. The application offers various digital extension uploads for display across multiple digital screens. Capability to manage each individual display via a central hub; permitting users to control upload and display content from none local source. And offers excellent customer support with regards to technical concerns. Issues requiring attention are immediately addressed by chat or phone less 24 hours or reporting. Also, love the time/scheduling feature; allows the user to schedule signage display time/date/source of content, permitting the user to set automation into effect. Finally, enjoyed the built-in capability to design and edit images/videos for upload permitting user creativity.

Cons

Price per display I believe could (should) be lowered. Though as a first-time user, you're permitted access to the features, free of no charge for the first 7 days access. This can be a hassle for business owners lacking funds to budget this expense but would like to implement a digital touch to his/her business. Also, not too pleased that the displays relay heavily on internet access. For someone running a business from a mobile setting, this can be costly. The individual would have to invest in additional services such as a mobile hot-spot in order to take advantage of such a useful tool.

Pros

I was looking for an easy to use digital signage application that integrated with my Amazon Fire TV in my fitness studio. I came across OptiSigns and it provides exactly what I'm looking for at a fraction of the cost of similar offerings.

Cons

Honestly, there isn't anything I find wrong with the software or layout. If I had to nit pick anything, it would be the heavy use of "Open in new tab" that is coded into the website when I'd prefer to just open in the same window. That's a minor inconvenience and honestly not really a "con".
