It's been great. We use it for church digital signage throughout the building and display announcements for upcoming events

Pros

Ease of use and simple to teach others how to use. The templating system is perfect for our graphics which we reuse and need to update details.

Cons

It wasn't apparent how to use assets in the template design system. It seems like the only way is to upload the graphics again into the template., I wish there was a way to pull in assets aleady in the asset library

Optisigns is overall easy to use. The ability to set start and expiration dates makes it so helpful. Able to control multiple screens and has an app that works well on smart tvs, meaning you don't necessarily have to buy the hardware.

Pros

Great cost effective way to handle in store signage. Keeps everything up to date on our signage. The ability to upload multiple types of files from pictures to movies and integrate apps is great.

Cons

Learning curve with the Software. Had to learn how to upload assets, assign to playlists and create timelines for active materials.

### "An Outstanding Product with Great Value."

Outstanding customer service, US based support is always avaliable and very efficient in resolving issue. This product isma winner.

Pros

The flexibility to make it what you want without having to go through support. It has the flexibility to manage it without having to call support but if you have to call support it is US based. The cost per month per device is a great value and extremely affordable. This product is a winner as it provides flexibility to make it whatt you want and exremely affordable and easy to use.

Cons

There really are none, its flexible, affordable and has US based support when you need them. I can find no Cons of this prodect.

### "Best Option Out There "

We run a large RE market center and this has been the best to use for all our connected centers. This is a one and done because it broadcasts to all our TVs. It’s time saving and easy to get done in the morning for the week.

Pros

User friendly, within budget for year, it can be used by our financial and marketing people both and very effective for getting peoples attention

Cons

I haven’t found anything yet but if I had to come up with something it would be that I wish it was free I guess. This is truly the answer to a big issue we were having. I love this!

### "Best bang for your buck"

Overall it has been a seamless process and the product has delivered on all of our expectations. We are really pleased.

Pros

We did quite a bit of exploring to find an affordable digital signage option that was easy to install and could scale as needed. OptiSigns was the perfect fit for our college. We have various department manage their own content and have added more digital signage screens around campus because people like the product so much.

Cons

The only downside is the templates can be a little hard to build at first, but once you get the hang of it it's not bad at all.

Cons

Good software for document signing and super convenient! Customer support is very responsive and sorts out any issue fast so that using the software is seamless.

Pros

Value for money with this! It is super user friendly and easy to use. Customer support is super responsive and helpful as well.

Cons

Not much room for customization so might not be the best for large scale organizations. Upgrades are needed which come up as a hidden cost.

### "Powerful and Full of Potential, But Steep Learning Curve"

This is a really solid solution—it effectively addresses the core challenges of digital signage and communication with both customers and employees. Most of the cons are just minor nitpicks and don't carry much weight compared to the real value it delivers. It does exactly what digital signage is supposed to do, plus it comes with a creative suite. That's why I still gave it 5 stars.

Pros

The customizability, from the weather to the live features to the sheer amount of content available, is impressive. I haven't had a lot of time to jump in and really dig deep, but from what I've used as a newcomer, the sheer volume of what I can do shows potential and worth in your software.

Cons

I feel like there is a steep learning curve with the software. I often find myself going back to YouTube tutorials to refresh on how to do things, possibly because I'm not using the system daily. I don't know what specific advice I could offer to improve the learning curve since you already provide a good tutorial, but honestly, most people skip it. I wish the app included more video-based guidance, similar to how you link to articles, as people are increasingly inclined to prefer quick visuals over reading. I understand this could be challenging since updating a document is easier than updating a video. A dark mode would also be a great addition. Many software platforms offer it, and the bright white interface can be overwhelming and, personally, strains my eyes.

Pros

I like the ease of use and being able to make adjustments from my phone. This has made remote support for my clients a breeze.

Cons

Although I like the mobile app it doesnt have all the features that are available on the browser app such as previewing your playlists.

I have quite a few issues in past days as we implement new thing in our infrastructure. \[sensitive content hidden\] is really good in support to deal with all issues, and \[sensitive content hidden\] is good with all account's issues. Team really helpful as I don't need to repeat myself again and again, they understand and provide best resolution which is why I like to stay with opti-signs.

Pros

With the new features that support our environment, the support people at opti-sign are really helpful and quick fixers :)

Cons

Actually, there is nothing I would like to say in negative. Although they are in different time zone, still they respond quickly.

Positive, no complaints. Platform is robust, have had no issues with the hardware failing to display properly

Pros

Ease of use, responsiveness to digital display changes. Ordering the hardware and adding it to your account was very simple

Cons

Monthly fee per display for showing the same content. I wish there was a lower tier option or even tier pricing for the total # of displays you have. If your displaying a single URL on multiple displays vs having a complex multimedia playlist your rate should be cheaper

Overall, we have had the most pleasant customer service experience. At the country club, we have to deal with a lot of outside vendors and the ease of working with Optisigns, makes it stressfree!

Pros

I enjoy the user friendly interface they use. It’s very simple to add or delete banners and flyers. We have a lot of part-time TCU students who need to utilize the service to fulfill their daily tasks and we rarely have questions about how to use it!

Cons

There’s not a lot that I dislike with the service. The price point seems fair because it’s per month. The presentation and ease of it makes it worth it!

I think it's the best application out there right now for the solution of having digital signage at an event that you need to update there and then, whilst being busy on site

Pros

How easy the interface is to use, simple and quick to set up screens. It's a great cost for using 1 screen and device management for setting it up is just what my event needed. Customer support was also great at getting back to me with what I needed in 24 hours. Playlist management is the key element of this application that makes it so easy

Cons

I think customisation options could be more out there and there are a few bugs whilst setting up the screens but otherwise it's such a great platform there isn't much to say anything bad about it!

We have a few office locations, and some model homes that we show potential customers; We wanted to use our displays to advertise our business, personalize customer experiences, or put other related things up for display in the offices and models. OptiSigns makes this possible while managing all locations and devices from one portal.

Pros

OptiSigns has been a game-changer for our digital signage needs. The portal is easy to navigate, and has made creating and managing content an absolute breeze. Setting up screens was simple, and the platform’s ability to schedule and update content remotely has saved us so much time and effort when managing multiple locations. The variety of templates and integrations they offer lets us quickly create engaging and dynamic displays that capture attention. We’ve received a lot of positive feedback from our team and customers alike since using OptiSigns. Their customer support has been great as well. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance, their support was quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, OptiSigns offers fantastic value for its price, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed digital signage solution!

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve for more advanced features, but as mentioned, anytime we have any questions we either find the answer in support articles or the support team has been able to help us.

OptiSigns has made it easy for me to be efficient at my job even outside of working hours. If there is an event over the weekend, and I'm not on campus, I can schedule a playlist to run for a certain time and let Optisigns do the rest.

Cons

I have no cons as of yet. Optisigns has been very clean cut, and easily gets my work from point A to point B.

Overall, I would 100% recommend OptiSigns. It is easy to use once you look around on the platform and I was able to visualize our products to our clients, It made us really stand out! Like i mentioned before the split screen option is my favorite, I love being able to link different apps to it!

Pros

What I like most about OptiSigns is the split screen feature! I love being able to customize to my needs and the sizing i need as well! I think the price is good as well, at $10 per screen you really get a good deal! I am able to link whatever screen I want and it was a big hit with our clients! I would also say it is pretty user friendly!

Cons

The login on the mobile devices, I had to reset my password and reach out to customer service BUT they did help me solve it!

Pros

The user friendliness for sure! It allows you know how to operate it instantly because it uses other familiar software structures.

Cons

The slight difficulty in using live website data from other sites to display in optisign slides.

Aside from the aforementioned cons, I’ve truly enjoyed using OptiSigns because of how easy it is to set up the directory.

Pros

The ease of being able to update the lobby directory is one of the biggest pros. I have worked with other software that made setting up our lobby directory difficult and time consuming.

Cons

One downside is the lack of lobby directory templates designed for buildings with a large number of tenants. Most of the templates I’ve come across seem better suited for smaller buildings with fewer listings.
