I am able to use the functions easily and the amount of content options is great. I am making less of my own content. Very satisified and glad I moved to a different system than before. Pros It is easy to use, the cost is in line with what we are doing (3x less than our last product). It has a mobile app, and lots of options for devices. Cons We had Apple TV's in our digital signs and do not let the AppleTV use some functions that we use such as split screen. I had to purchace Fire TV devices to use the system like I wanted. I'm looking forward to continued use and starting using additional features. This helps create instant communication with our residents. Pros What I like most about the software was the ease of use, starting with Firestick. I loved how there was no additional equipment to purchase, just plug in, download app and get started. IT Recreational Facilities and Services Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Perfect fit for the info screen in our club house" May 3, 2022 4.0 We use to show the latest weather forecast, court bookings, upcoming events, advertisements from regional businesses and pictures from the last events in our club house. At the latest tournament we've also tried out the Excel Online app and were able to show a live match schedule and standings. Pros basically offers all feature we need for our info screen in the club house, e.g. cloud management, playlists, schedules, Office 365 integration, and many more at a reasonable pricing. What I currently like the most is the ability to created nested playlists. That's an huge advantage when it comes to organizing the different playlists and content types. The online designer is a very nice feature for quickly creating new content. Cons Although there are some minor, non-critical bugs the service is pretty easy to use. What I'm missing a bit is a picture gallery app which automatically arranges and shuffles a set of pictures (e.g. on OneDrive, Google Drive). " November 6, 2023 5.0 My overall experience with has been nothing but positive, it's easy to use, makes uploading images simple to create my company playlist. Our display is in our reception area, often we have employees as well as guests stop to view our display about our company and employees. It's been a lot of fun having OptiSigns in our office. Pros The pros: \* Easy to use \* Easy to schedule the playlist \* Broad feature that can be used for creating a playlist \* And the easy of using makes it fun. Cons What I like least about OptiSign, to be honest there is nothing that I don't like about it, since we only use it for digital display and the end results are great. Many of our smaller offices feel that their needs are being overshowed by HQ messaging. Pros We have found it challenging to engage with our staff about important topics and events without sending an excessive amount of emails or messages. Additionally, we have multiple job sites that have different work teams and the ability to create custom signage it vital. We have deployed to each of our offices and have created a firm-wide brand while pushing out office specific information like birthdays, anniversarys, heath fairs etc. The employee feedback has been amazing. Cons Maybe I still need to learn a bit more, but it would be neat if I could integrate with third party applications such as Canva, but that is just me being extra and not a knock on the product. February 24, 2020 3.0 It's all about giving to the customer of retail in the right context at the right time. I can now say if there's a one day special without printing stuff ... or get people throught the door easily. Pros I don't have to setup too much stuff now. It's all about pushing content and make it happen. That's is just perfect. There's some integration that I'm sure I'll use. Cons We can sense how it's based on technicality. For example, it's nearly impossible for most of my marketing staff to understand the pourcentage to create zones. The naming (assets), the flow ... is fundamentaly a UI on top of code. So that mean, I can't transfert this task to someone else without a training. And this, mean that the digital sign will not be updated as frequently. Reason for choosing OptiSigns The value of the company, by wanting to make every screen a digital signage. Switched from [piSignage](https://www.capterra.com/p/163354/piSignage/) No robust enough. Does more or less everything the high end expensive options provide at a significantly cheaper cost. Multiscreen is fantastic, no issues at all using the system. Works great with PC and FireTV. The option of ai for data generation is very tantalising and something we may also opt to take advantage of in the future. May 23, 2024 5.0 So far my experience has been good, I just need to spend more time with it, but in a busy retail environment I don't always have the time to give to tailor this the way I like but I will get there. Pros It offers a lot of templates and options, I am still learning how top use it all am implement my graphics and run slideshows but I have seen the demos and the product looks super cool and professional.
