But I would recommend optisigns to anyone looking to have it. Pros The ability to schedule and manage multiple screens remotely. The data mapping facility is perfect to save our design team from having to create multiple signs. The ability to combine different individual assets, playlists, and schedules together. Cons The design tool for slides is very basic, and needs improvement. Would be good to have the ability to update a template, therefore updating Reason for choosing OptiSigns The ability to make use of Optisigns through a cheap Amazon Fire Stick, rather than the need to have laptops or other connectors. It has been very stable as well! Pros OptiSigns allows us to manage the content on the TVs at out hockey rink. WE can do it from anywhere and make changes at any time. I'm not always onsite but can feel confident that the screens are displaying the correct information. Cons I would like the ability to go into the screens themselves and do some touch ups. One of the apps I'm using with it requires a log in to show all the information I want it to and I'm not sure of a way to accomplish that as of yet. Nice layouts, and fast setup. The possibillity to split the screen in zones. Adn that the player can present webpages from the local network that is not published/accessible on the internet. Easy deployment with Adnroid TV player. Many Apps with wide content support. Cons Its hard to find something that I did not like. Might be that the price could be lower. Pros There are two parts about OptiSigns that's my favorite. First, I love that it can be basically fully customizable to what our business needs in terms of brand guidelines. I like not having to worry about a font or color being different. I also love that I can remotely manage the screens considering my office is away from them. Cons It's not a huge issue, but I do wish that when you added an asset to a folder and that folder was already uploaded into a playlist, that it would auto add the asset to said playlist. It offers the freedom and ease of use that I was looking for. Especially when compared to our previous provider. I can easily manage and update our Service Department menu boards.
