Being fairly new to it still there is plenty to learn but I have been very impressed with everything I have learnt

Pros

The Flexibility of Options that are available and can be brought together simultaneously to create one end product on a screen

Cons

Currently we are unable to Run Background Music to a playlist without out it Restarting the selected music or playing the same song on repeat

We purchased the preconfigured Raspberry Pis provided by , and it's been a breeze to set them up. The device is shipped already attached to our account, making configuration as simple as plug-and-play. We run these devices 24/7 to display a simple dynamic webpage, and we've had no issues or complaints thus far.

Pros

is incredibly simple to set up. I appreciate the wide variety of supported devices and operating systems. On the client side, the interface and experience is consistent across all supported players. The remote control function for Raspberry Pi devices is an excellent additional feature to have. Team and permissions management is native to the OptiSigns platform.

Cons

Genuinely enjoy using this product. I have no complaints or feature suggestions at this time.

\- It was easy to use and get working. - Great support features and training for new users. - Low cost compared to competitors. - Countless widgets to use that come with the base package.

Cons

I could not find anything while trying this product that was unsatisfactory.

I've loved how ' online platform works like a charm, making it super easy to connect and manage our lobby monitors. It adds a bit of flair to the first impression we deliver in our office lobby.

Cons

The online platform has a bit of a learning curve, but is ultimately worth the effort for its dependable performance.

Pros

I LOVE how we can set screen areas to show different assets (split-screen). Demonstrating recent tweets and the weather is bound to engage at least one person to the sign, then other slides can further the interaction.

Cons

At times, the website was a little unstable. At one point, it even switched to Spanish until I logged out and back in. Further, I wish there were a few more integrations. I am sure both will get better in time. Also, \*\*feature request\*\* being able to tie in Spotify so that I can display a "Now playing" slide. Great for waiting rooms!

I am able to update from any computer where I can login to my account whether it is from home on a Sunday night or 9am weekday at work.

Pros

I switched from a more expensive and cumbersome digital signage company. I run YouTube blooper videos mixed with slides of products to up-sell at a local restaurant. It does what is says it does. Makes any TV a digital sign. Easy to set up (I used a firestick on 2 TVs). I run continuously 24/7. I am very pleased. I hope to contribute user experience to the support team to improve the features.

Cons

When you have a long playlist, it is not visually easy to find the items you want to swap out or change. It would be nice to import one asset and use it multiple times in a playlist, without importing it each time.

I like that it is easy to administer and that there are many ready-made apps.

That there is no responsive customer portal when using white label.

It makes things super easy when we have multiple announcements that we want to share with our school. I do like that we have multiple people on the account so that we don't have to rely on one person to manage our signage.

Nothing to do with OptSigns itself, I just wish we had more TVs to display but that is an us problem and not an problem :)

We replaced our old 1970's foam bulletin board with and a 50" TV and we never looked back. It has been tremendously more popular than the bulletin board as we are able to convey a greater amount of information to constituents passing through in the hallways. Video functionality is great as well. I showed the free trial to my boss and she was so impressed we subscribed for 3 screens before the trial was up.

Pros

Accepts multiple file types, compatible with cheap media devices (Kindle Fire) for ease of setup, custom slide timers, VIDEO COMPATIBILITY, easy drag-and-drop features, pleasant and simple aesthetic, user functionality, web-based interface (no additional software needed), affordable price for smaller organizations.

Cons

Cloud storage could be a little bigger, 1GB is not a lot especially when using videos.

Pros

The platform appears very easy to manipulate, upload files, utilize various apps that seem very appropriate, and organize information for stakeholder viewing. I really like the flexibility to schedule items should that need arise. I am also very excited to be able to sync with Google (Slides for example) so that those who are stakeholders in communicating information can have access to updating announcements; however, do not have to be administrators.

Cons

I would like to see a top tab that would take me to the Home Screen, or to click on "" logo at the top that would take me to the Home Screen as other platforms allow. It's just an adjustment to get used to in terms of finding the small font "Home" to take me back to the start.

The software is extraordinarily easy to set up. The TVs we were trying to get our displays on are smart TVs, so I had to download the app from the app store. Super simple process.

Cons

I feel like the base pricing for this service is high but there are many discounts available.

My overall experience with is fantastic. It has eliminated the process of projecting via wireless - which is cumbersome and always freezes or times out at the most inconvenient time. Ownership expects to be able to walk in and see numbers, project updates, customer highlights etc. at all times. OptiSigns allows me to deliver on this - with style.

Pros

' quick set-up and extensive template options make administration and creation of assets simple and fun.

Cons

Wish integrated with ROKU TV - would love to use the RSS features however need an Amazon Fire Stick to do so.

We love it! Easy solution for digital signage.

Pros

It allows us to control digital signs over the internet. Its easy to set up, can control a Roku enabled TV easily and is intuitive enough to operated by volunteers.

Cons

The schedule tools are a bit counter-intuitive. We're still discovering what we can do, so I may warm up to the interface over time. It does seem a bit dated at this point.
