Pros

After some research, OptiSigns was easily the best option for the results we wanted. The program and templates are very easy to use. We received our hardware within days of signing up, and customer support was there to answer any questions I had about connecting our devices and TVs. It has been a breeze getting set up with OptiSigns and switching to digital signage in our two dealerships.

Cons

The website was a bit unclear on which hardware was needed to set up everything. I think it came down to being too many options to choose from (which isn't a bad thing).

Its been a pleasure. No issues what so ever and any questions I had about the product or purchasing were answered and followed up in a timely manner.

Pros

The product is easy to use with many tools/apps/widgets and templates to help you create personalized digital advertising that suits everyone's needs. Opti Sign has a reasonable price point and great communication between developers and ourselves whenever we had any questions. I would certainly not have any hesitations in recommending this product to anyone looking to improve their digital advertising!

Cons

Although there are many benefits and features with this program, as someone with little I.T expertise sometimes I did find it challenging to read through all the Q & A's, I learn better with visual aids, so maybe (and this is only a small suggestion ) more video's or info graphs in the "How To" section for the day to day apps/widgets/templates/scheduling etc.

With the price and feature provided, it is easily one of if not the best screen digital platform service out there, not to mention the amazing customer service by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], simply awesome for any cloud services we use so far, almost all reply within 24 hours. Keep up the amazing customer service!

Pros

Pricing is the best among the industry. Dont get me wrong. Lower price does not mean less powerful feature, they provide most of the basic and some advanced features needed for digital marketing user or agency and more than enough for the mass entry level users in fact. The coolest feature? The AI detection with statistics based on male/female/etc when they are in front of your ads screen and ability to show different ads accordingly based on target audience detected.

Cons

App integration with 3rd party can be more options and a good ready selection of templates can be more professional design. Zapier support will be good. Scheduling can be improved with different days selection, dynamic time selection based on different screens and so on.

Pros

Easy to use and works on most platforms.

Cons

Documentation is a bit inadequate. Some features are a bit hard to understand how the developer intended it.

I tried so many different platforms for our school's digital display before I found OptiSigns. OptiSigns was the only one that actually integrated all the features I wanted into one display. The most important features I was looking for were a split screen and a calendar app. I love that OptiSigns does both, and makes them easy to use.

Pros

Cons

I dont know if it was my TV, but the edge layout on the computer screen was different than the TV. It took a little bit of tweaking to get the edges to look right.

OptiSign has allowed us to easily visualize our data on our products and quickly iterate on designs. Customer service has been relatively quick to respond.

Pros

I liked how easy the software was to use which allowed me to quickly make the split screen setup we needed.

Cons

There was an API outage once during our free trial which caused our display to break. We were assured by customer service that this is not a usual occurrence.

It took some getting used to, with it being a new product, but once i adapted and was comfortable with it, it was fairly simple for me.

First of all, Amazon Fire TV Stick (also 4k) integration and Raspberry are 2 main pro features. Second, integration with a lot of external information sources is great. Last but not least, Integration with Android Devices (mobile phones and tablets)

Cons

Waiting for API development in order to automate publication flows. Also waiting a way or a workaround to integrated Instagram and FB stories.

Very pleased with the OptiSigns offering. Found lots of options and articles. Setup was simple on both Windows and Raspberrypi. I had one question which was answered same day.

Pros

Our main goal was to display our call center phone statistics using Chrome. This was the only one that allowed us to use Chrome and login to the needed 3cx phone system to display exactly what we needed.

Cons

I do not have any cons to list since it met all our needs.

Our goal was to make sure that all of our remote offices received the same information and updates as all of the others. And to do this efficiently.

Pros

The ability to sync all of our displays across 10 offices is a game changer. We have been doing them 1 at a time. Also being able to set conference room schedules up on signage out side of the rooms was a great feature. Allowed me to have 1 place to do everything.

Cons

It took me some playing with to understand how to get everything to work, but in under an hour I was good and had setup multiple displays all doing something different. A notification setting would be nice to email when one of the displays is no longer connected to the internet so we know to check it.

Pros

We have struggled to find an affordable platform for digital signage that is user-friendly and offers design elements and apps. OptiSigns is just what we need! The price is lower than most of the companies we have looked into, and the deployment was so easy!

Cons

We have only been using OptiSigns for a a couple of weeks, but so far, we haven't found much to complain about. Some of the design elements take a little getting used to, but once you know what you're looking for, it's not difficult to design new assets.

Pros

I like that I am able to manage my slides easily and be able to update what I need to show on the TV's in each of our offices. We are also able to promote anything that we want to get infant of the parents in an easy way.

Cons

It will sometimes freeze on a slide and we need to reboot the Fire TV in order for it to reconnect to the slideshow.

Absolutely great. Could wish for more

Pros

The setup is extremely straight forward and updating all kinds of content is easy and intuitive to do. Without any lags content is pushed to all screens and never failed to play.

Cons

explanation of the Apps. Some more advanced apps are missing a comprehensive how-to explanation of features and instructions to use.

My experience with the ordering and set up have been amazing. I highly recommend this product.

Pros

This software and device allows me to use the breakroom TV as digital signage to engage and educate the staff. The set up was super easy and adding and editing the content couldn't possibly be any easier. For years I have struggled with TV's that turn off after being idle for a couple of hours and YouTube playlists - this device solved all of those problems.
