We have multiple locations and all need to be served different information. This lets us throw away the inefficient USB drives that we were using and create something more streamlined, timely, and relevant to the viewers.

Pros

As soon as I logged into I knew I was about to save myself a ton of time AND add value to my organization. I love the features of the multiscreens, playlists, and integration directly with Canva.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve on how best to use things like tags, playlists, etc. but once you figure it out, it makes it so much easier to make changes to only the screens that need updating.

is a great addition to our re-brand and and has been welcomed by staff and visitors alike. Internal communications have been made much easier and this is helping the team to feel more involved in the everyday life of the business.

Pros

is incredibly easy to set up and implement and the digital follow-up support with guides, instructions and tips is excellent. No advanced digital skills are needed...OptiSigns make their product accessible to everyone.

Cons

There's not much to dislike! I suppose more media templates for specialist/niche industries such as ours would be useful.

The overall experience has been superb. I have not needed to contact support for anything. They add new stuff to their platform and definitely has a high quality product for a reasonable price.

Pros

Customization features Multi-location synchronization Ability to set schedules and add localized data like Weather/news/other apps

Cons

It did take a lot of time to setup the boards due to the amount of customization available. I think there should be more simple and easy to use templates for quick setup.

It is very user friendly and easy to set up. Optimal for small groups that don't have a lot of changes.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to manage multiple schedules that change a lot with a lot of different types of media.

maybe the cost over a lot of screens as we have companies with over 10 screens in one location and the cost can be a little much with so many screens

Before , I was using local media players in several business where I advertise their content. Honestly I didn't know it was going to be this easy to upload media assets to remote screens, the service is fast and really easy to use. It was a great find for me.

Pros

Easy to use, lots of ways to easily create assets, very easy to organize the files in playlists, it accepts all media formats without playback problems.

Cons

Can be a little bit pricey, but it is competitive with similar products.

Pros

I love that it's easy to have different team members customize the display to update information for our students. Digital bulletin boards are the way to go!

Cons

There are some compatibility issues, specifically with Roku, that required us to get an extra device to make it work the way we wanted. It would be nice if all features were natively supported.

The navigation within the website can be a bit confusing for a newbie.

Pros

Easy to use, great apps. The fact that it is installed as software on top of Raspian. This allows me to connect the networking to Wifi at locations with ease. Other products currently in use get distributed as a complete package and not so easy to connect to Wifi.

Have not found anything that I did not like

Overall, has been super easy to implement and use. We are a brewery that changes our menus several times per day. We used to draw our menus with chalk.

Pros

The media templates are great. The scheduling and multi-frame layouts are awesome for having some static and some dynamic content. We setup 4 TVs in less than 2 hours

Cons

I wish the template and visual editor had a way to select and group objects for easy moving and resizing.

We chose because they already had apps for Roku and Android.

Pros

We had been shopping for TV solutions for MONTHS and nothing was coming up. We ran into as an app in our TVs and decided to give it a try. Once we got that set the first time, we loved it. So much easier to use than most of the competitors; Specially for the non-tech savy employees.

Cons

Its integration is hard do figure out. We are still not able to get a daily shifting calendar on there, but I am sure with more digging we will find a way.

Pros

Easy setup, multiple apps, and remote management of our screens. The built in designer is a nice touch as well.

Cons

Could use more apps, it's difficult to display feeds from Monday.com for example. Being able to show custom graphs with real time data from sites would be nice.

I love how easy it is to program and change my digital signage for my library. We are constantly updating the sign and the ability to have slides expire so that I don't have to worry about out-of-date content is the best.

Cons

I would like a little more customization with the weather scrolling banner, but that's really a very minor thing.
