The customer support is so good and so fast. I was very impressed. I thought I didn't need to call them because they were so easy to use. But I ended up has to ask a few quick questions and they replied right away and helped me solved my problem!

Pros

The presentation is effective and increase viewing frequency of our contents. Also, it is so easy to use and doesn't need any technical person to help.

Cons

They charge per screen and their OptiSigns stick is a lot more expensive than the firestick option. I would love to use their stick because it has their software pre-loaded and other features that I want, but I am on a budget.

We needed to get away from an all paper media display and something more engaging for our Customers as they come through the door.

Pros

We looked around for a simple solution to turn our paper media into digital. We had looked into a couple of other competitors but liked the OptiSign platform and the features offered for the price. It was easy to get a playlist going that looked professional and caught our customer's attention better than our older media. Simple interface that has a good amount of apps and a decent designing tool.

Cons

We've used it for the trail period the last 30 days and really haven't had anything but positive things from coworkers and customers.

Great. Contacted support during my free trial and heard back almost right away, and solved a problem quickly that could have cost me HOURS!

Pros

It was super easy for me to set up and it already had a direct integration to google data studio where we had already built all of our dashboards!

Cons

Would like to be able to embed any webpage directly. But then again, I'm not sure if that's possible with any system.

I like the ease of projecting the same information on multiple screens at once from one location- I do not have to go from screen to screen to update a usb drive every time I need to update the signage.

Cons

so far playlist management (as far as running multiple items in a playlist) has been difficult to get to work correctly.

We are using OptiSigns for internal signage and announcements within our 70 person office staff. This will hopefully allow us to better display company achievements and news.

Pros

This software does exactly what I would hope it'd do.

Cons

It is a very functional software on PC's, however, I do wish there was better ROKU support. This would eliminate the need for an additional PC and a lot less work would be necessary.

Pros

This was so easy to figure out across the board. I cannot say enough how easy this all was to put together. I kept expecting to run into some kind of headache and did not. Then I figured the price for it would be where I would get upset and I was again so wrong.

Cons

As someone who has never used digital signage before I don't have much to compare it to. I would say the only thing that would make things easier would be making it possible to select more than 1 asset at a time when moving them in the applications.

Great to work with and the support/tutorials were well done and answered any questions we had in set up.

Pros

The ability to create, change and even interrupt the display with special announcements is great. The app is user friendly and simple for any one to build and use. Loved the ability to display multiple sizes.

Cons

I wish some of the weather and other widgets worked with Roku. Don't love the idea of having to buy a fire stick just to have that feature. Other than that it seems to serve our needs well.
