Pros

With powerful features like easy sharing and real-time updates, I can collaborate with my team seamlessly and keep my client's content fresh.

Cons

At the moment, I haven't used all the features, but I'm sure it will be a very enjoyable experience.

Pros

The setup was the best part. It's very easy to be up and running in a matter of minutes. The navigation through the admin menu section is nicely laid out.

Cons

After three weeks of solid use, I can't really say I have a con.

Support has been super helpful when I hit roadblocks.

Pros

Engaging Tool: Allows for the use of canned apps for custom content—a great always-on messaging and information tool for employees and visitors alike.

Cons

The interface can be overwhelming initially; if you take your time, it will begin to make sense. The YouTube videos and support knowledgebase were a huge help.

Its been good so far. We're still adjusting.

Pros

It was easy to set up and easy to use. I know there are more features we aren't using, so hopefully we can learn those too.

Cons

We're still getting used to it all. I want to figure out the scheduling so events can come off a playlist when they are over.

From installation to weekly use, the system is has exceeded my expectations.

Pros

I evaluated multiple digital signage platforms. The cost of the hardware was a definite factor, but it really came down to the ease creating and adding content.

Cons

Management of the Assets, Playlists, and Schedules can be confusing.

Everything seems fine so far. It’s easy to use. I had a few questions before purchasing and Davion was helpful and welcoming.

Pros

That I can update TVs in other states from my desk.

Cons

That I needed to buy extra sticks in order to use it.

Overall, Optisigns is really a great product. I had to review multiple alternatives to Optisigns before getting it and I don't regret the decision to go with them at all.

Pros

Optisigns is the best software because it is the most versatile in regards to hardware. Setup was really easy and the quality of the display is just as crisp on the desktop as it is on a giant screen. It has all the features you need to create nice-looking signs with its Canva integration and helpful widgets. All in all, it's the best choice for the job.

Cons

Optisigns did a great job designing the UI, but when it comes to file organization, it feels a bit clunky at times. I wish there were more drag-and-drop ordering and easier ways to delete files (selecting in bulk with the mouse cursor).

This is excellent for my needs and extremely extensible since local resources are allowed. I'd say with more applications and fixing a few bugs this is a top tier solution for the price.

Pros

\- Apps are quality and work - Extremely versatile deployment with different desktop/mobile apps & browser solutions - Scheduling and screen splitting is very straightforward - Allows for locally hosted resources - Works on 2k and 4k monitors

Cons

\- Needs more apps, some other solutions have triple the amount of apps. - Apps could also use more customization options with color/font/positioning/background. - Screen split sections seem to stop loading and hang the application if power is lost to monitor or it's turned off for an extended period of time. I have a script that detects and kills the process now. - Support gave a non-working solution for mouse hiding I had to get a third party app to resolve. -

Overall, we find this product really useful and effective for internal marketing. The team enjoys OptiSigns and it's overall an easy software to use.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use, how we can regulate the slides by order and screen time, and I also enjoy setting up different playlists and scheduling out playlists in advance.

Cons

I wish the layout of designing slides was integrated with Canva accounts so I can link my Canva designs to OptSigns.

My experience has been that this is a solid product, which is reliable and easy to use. As we expand our operation's physical footprint, we'll certainly explore different use cases to be able to leverage this tool to display & visualize important info!

Pros

This software was really easy to setup for the first time. I am using it on a large flat screen TV in our office lobby, to present our own brand signage, and to be able to customize for welcoming visiting customers. It's been seamless to use & maintain so far!

Cons

Would love it if this tool was compatible with even more platorms!

I'm still using the trial version but I'm already convinced. The applications are simply structured and can also be controlled by untrained IT people.

Pros

The simplicity of control and programming

Cons

The first two hours are a bit complicated until you know what to do. For me, a German, a German instruction manual or video would be a good decision
