It helps us give current patients new information and sell other services they may not know we offer.

Pros

It's so simple to use. We are able to integrate it into our current framework with ease. The value of the program to show our internal marketing to potential patients is amazing. We saw an immediate ROI, which was a welcomed surprise. We also had incredible onboarding and post purchase support.

Cons

I would like to be able to use any TV software for it, but it generally is compatible with most major systems.

### "Extremely fast, professional customer service"

The support is amazing. I work in Europe and had an issue that I needed help with. Seeing that OptiSign are based in Texas, I thought I would (if lucky) get an answer at the end of my shift or more realistically in a few days. They answered within half an hour, I was taken by surprise. So they have support doing night shift in order to provide service. And they also help each other, so in case the case owner isnt working that day or on a break, their co-worker might answer you. Extremely efficient customer service, I havent seen a customer service working that fast before (I work with customer service myself). Professional and fast customer service staff, many thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\]!

Pros

To be able to show booked meeting rooms on the screens (tablets). And the friendly, professional customer service team.

Cons

I dont know, I am new to OptiSign. The company I work for has used them for some time, but I (as IT support) am trying to help my co-workers with an issue where they book the same conference room for the same time slot. I have nothing negative to say.

### "Great software with strong features and room to grow"

I used the free version of OptiSign for a couple of weeks and really liked it. I’ve since signed up and now have it fully operational in my office lobby. It’s been a big hit. I like it, and my tenants do as well. Because of that, I’ve already ordered a second OptiSign stick to install in the community building at my apartment property, and I’m currently considering adding two more in the future. The software does have a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s actually pretty easy to use. I’ve been combining OptiSign with ChatGPT to create custom templates and designs, which has worked extremely well. The only real issues I’ve run into involve some of the built-in feeds, such as Word of the Day. The initial splash screen displays for quite a long time, and I wish there were a way to shorten that so the content appears sooner. Also, I expected the feed to rotate to a new word each time, but it continues showing the same word every cycle, and it has done that since installation. I’ve also noticed a few minor quirks. For example, when previewing content, it doesn’t always behave exactly the same on the live screen. I have a design with a ticker at the bottom that scrolls perfectly in preview, but on the actual display it runs very slowly and never finishes the full message. That said, these are small issues compared to the overall value. I genuinely love this software, it looks great in our lobby, and it has been an excellent addition to our property. I’m excited to continue expanding my use of OptiSign moving forward.

Pros

I started using OptiSign with the free version and quickly decided to sign up. It’s now running in my office lobby and has been very well received by both staff and tenants. I liked it so much that I’ve already ordered a second stick for our community building and am considering adding more displays in the future. While there is a small learning curve, once you get the hang of it the software is easy to use and very flexible. I’m very happy with it and look forward to expanding our use even further.

Cons

There are a few minor quirks, such as some built-in feeds repeating content and previews not always matching the live screen exactly, but overall OptiSign has been a great product.

I am very happy with - being cloud based is a huge perk - if any event names or signage needs to be updated, i can easily log in at home

We’re very happy with . Currently using as a hotel reader board, we manually add content to display meetings in house and updating content is quick and straightforward, allowing us to change messages, promotions, and announcements in real time. The design looks modern and professional, and the system has been reliable with no major issues so far. We just added a 2nd screen which mirrors the first and it is very helpful.

Cons

no integration with salesforce/delphi.fdc - we have to create "daily event slides" everyday - but is 1/100th the price of a hotel reader board system

Overall, our experience with has been excellent. Setup was easy (pretty much plug-in play) managing content is simple, and the platform has significantly improved how we handle digital signage across our departments. offers an impressive number of features for the price, making it a great value for our Company. The platform is easy to use, and their customer support is fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Onboarding new devices is straightforward with the documentation and availability of various hardware to be compatible with our equipment. Integrations to key sites allow us to display things that create strategic value for the organization on the floor where team members can get informed quickly.

Pros

The platform gave us the ease to be able to empower our HR and Safety teams to advertise key information within their own playlists without requiring IT's intervention to do it. We have had little to no issues since we acquired, and the end-user experience has made it straight forward to use and administer.

Cons

There may be potential improvement in how devices that are held not being counted against the licensed count of what is actually in use.

### "Finally got the screens working"

I don’t have to race all over a USB stick to show the new information and it makes the branding look pretty decent, despite me not hiring a highend designer.

Pros

The Pi installed without blowing up when I plugged it in. I just copied some random files from my desktop into the library and the scaling did not crash. I was truly shocked that the Canva stuff worked at all given that everything else today has been completely terrible. At least I can update the hallway displays from my desk and do not have to leave my seat. I am simply grateful that the thing will stay powered for longer than one hour.

Cons

I think I would have a better chance of finding the settings for the basic scheduling in the dashboard if the menu items were in alphabetical order or something other than a 1990s style layout.

### "Happy OptiSigns Veteran User"

Initially we had a lot of questions when we first started using . The OptiSigns team was very nice and responsive to help us get on our feet. I had the project dropped in my lap with no prior experience with these types of devices or software. I've taught myself what I needed over the years and we've really built a streamline process to deploy almost 30 devices in multiple states with OptiSigns.

Pros

We've been using at multiple locations (in multiple states) for the last few years now. The process is very simple, and we have deployed 27 Raspberry Pi 4b devices running the OptiSigns software. The best part is, aside from a few hardware failures (not OptiSign's fault), the software is turn key. Our Social Media department creates monthly slides and pushes them out without any issues.

Cons

A little more scripting flexibility. I have built our scripts and "build process" around how downloads and deploys their software. It's a little clunky and when OptiSigns makes changes it can take a few days to tweak our scripts to work. But with how often that happens it's not something that we worry about on our side.

allows us to change our in-store marketing easily as well as use non-marketing materials like special event codes without any complicated software.

has a lot of app integration, but it is hard to get it to do something relatively simple in terms of video - playing a YouTube video or playlist.

We use to display content on screens across multiple floors in our office. The ease of use allows us to show content that is up to date and in line with our current and upcoming releases. As a film company, it is important for us to highlight this as we have externals coming into our office frequently and want to showcase what we are working on.

Pros

I like the ease of device management. Adding new screens, assigning playlists, and monitoring device status is straightforward and intuitive. The dashboard makes it easy to manage multiple displays remotely without needing a lot of setup time or technical troubleshooting. Even the least technically skilled person can manage the screens.

Cons

I do not have anything bad to say about . The platform has been smooth and dependable for the needs of my organization!

I have been working with OptiSign for four years and the company has never let me down, they constently ask if there is anything I need help with.

Pros

Their customer support department is top of the line, fast, curteous, and knowledgeable. They care about their customer's and go as far as needed to keep them satisfied

Cons

Their quality is equally good throughout, I have never had an occasion when a department of the company did not stick with me until my problem was resolved.

Overall I have really enjoyed the product and offerings. I have even referred a few other businesses to using it.

Pros

Super easy install on out TCL / GoogleTV televisions. All we did was download the application, install it, pair it to the account and done. Doesn't get any easier. Super easy to manage the screens from the account as well.

Cons

The only con I think, and not sure it is really a con is I wish you could still use the free screens options along with a paid screen or two.

Our hotel guests love the digital boards. They also have an interactive function, so guests can ‘play’ with the screens and click through our showcased restaurant menus.

Pros

I like the ease of OptiSign. Wherever I am, I can easily upload my files to the digital boards on the property. I can also schedule content. It’s a simple drag‑and‑drop system and very easy to use.

Cons

My playlists sometimes get stuck, and I need to reset and reboot it to make sure it displays the content correctly.

Overall, it has been an incredibly good tool for our organization. It's rather intuitive to use and the rare times that we have a snag, the customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Pros

It is very user friendly and makes it easy to update our continuous slideshow of events that we've hosted.

Cons

You are able to adjust how long a specific item in the order runs. However, there is a bit of a delay with that feature, so if you move too quickly, things will sometimes drop back into the default length. Then you have to adjust it a second time.

### "I made the right choice"

It's been a very positive experience. There's a bit of a learning curve -- as is the case with all new software. But honestly, I'm thrilled. Also, keep in mind, I'm 66 and just jumping into digital signage for the first time. So if I can do it, you can do it!

Pros

I seriously investigated most of the major players in the digital signage arena, and decided on . So far, it's been great. My only problem has been a weak WiFi signal (not OptiSigns fault), but OptiSigns' customer service told me how I could use the micro-SD card to store my files locally (right on the HDMI stick) to avoid this problem. That saved us having to call in a tech team to hardwire our 4K TV, or purchase additional WiFi boosters, or some other costly option. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm confident that I'll be able to do exceptional work with OptiSigns. BTW, I started off by looking at BrightSign, and got a personal tutorial from a user I know. But I believe our implementation with OptiSigns greatly exceeds how that user did his job -- and at a huge savings!!!

Cons

I haven't worked with enough to find a flaw yet. But their pricing, software, and customer support has all been great.

### "Simple and Reliable Digital Signage"

We utilize on 3 TVs in our building. Two show a combination of photos and videos that highlight what we do as an organization. We also utilize a lobby TV to display information to visitors as well as announce information to staff.

Pros

has a simple and intuitive interface for managing the various devices we employ for digital signage. We are easily able to remotely preview the content being displayed on our TVs.

Cons

The process for building out new content (for display on digital signage) could be a bit more intuitive. However, once you learn the ins and outs the service functions well.

### "OptiSigns - Must Have"

Really good, I would happily recommend this to other people to use it in their own businesses. 10/10, 5 stars.

Pros

The user experience and functionality is great. I think the features that it offers and value for money is top notch. The customer support (when I've needed it) has been great but due to everything being so easy to use, I have not need them that much at all.

Cons

There are very few things I dislike about . If I had to pick something it would probably be the file size limit on uploading your own videos but I supposed you can use YouTube for this so it doesn't really matter.

### "Great bang for our buck!!"

Overall we are really enjoying our experience. We had a simple slide show running before and now we are able to integrate reviews, weather, videos, and special slides for hours. Being able to add all that from my desk and update it from my office has been great. I would highly recommend to anyone interested.

Pros

The cost of the subscription and the ease of use. It has given out showroom such a polished and professional look that really makes us stand out form others in our market. We had a Samsung tv and we installed the APP while waiting on the streaming device which has been so easy to use and works great!

Cons

It took a while to upload all of our photos and media. Most of our photos were the right size but some had to be resized and that took a while. Loading them into a playlist was easy but adding them to the site took a bit longer than I had hoped.

### "Complex digital signage, made easier! "

Very positive experience. I'm very happy with our choice of provider for this particular service. There's been a genuine feel of help and assistance from across the globe!

Pros

The integration between different sources of information. I can have so many different sources all displaying to staff at the same time. I also love the scheduling ability of different playlists to correspond to the time of the month we are in. The customer support has been approachable and available for any questions we may need but they have let us make our own way too, which I really appreciated. Scheduling, creating and managing the screens was intuitive and easy. The ability to segregate and designate device screens is vastly important, as one part of the office needs certain info whilst the other side, doesn't need the same.

Cons

The smart TV app can be heavy on older models of smart TV or android boxes. I would suggest to anybody planning on using the smart TV or android TV app, try and make sure its plentiful in it processing power to ensure a seamless experience..

Overall, the options and power of this device is pretty remarkable. It's so easy to create something very beautiful to display the content you need on any screen that has an HDMI input.

Pros

This is a super easy, plug-n-play device that just works. There are a ton of free templates and prebuilt apps that provide a great launching point for displaying any information that you would like. I really like that you can easily manage this from your phone app. The online app is quite robust as well. For signage, is a 5-star device.

Cons

To jump up to the paid tiers, it get's a little expensive. I feel like they need a cheaper option or maybe a one-time paid option that would let you pick just one or two apps and not have to monthly charge.
